Medium caramel iced coffee, two cream, two stevia, extra caramel. Soo Good!
Went to this location for a tea. It was 5pm. The employee said she just dumped the tea out because they are closing in a few minutes. Umm they close at 7. This is not the first time I came to this location and was told this.
Apparently they can close whenever they want. They close early at 4pm. Seriously why?
The staff here is very careless they haven't made my drink right and I even give them instructing on how to make my drink and they still mess up

Why staff your business with staff who aren't interested in conducting your business? I walked up to the register and waited while 3 young women chatted behind the counter. One or another of them glanced at me from time to time but they otherwise ignored me. After a couple minutes I decided to go somewhere else, and as I walked out through the door one of them yelled "BYE!" They're a waste of your money, you're better off closed.

Staff EXTREMELY unprofessional. My mother came back after recieving the incorrect order to see if she could get it replaced. She forgot her mask in the car, it happens, but the woman in the tim hoetons started yelling at her that she needs a mask (all she needed to do was say something calmly, it was an honest mistake on my moms part). After an exchange of words the woman followed my mom out of the tim hortons 0rovoking her further (saying she was "stepping up to her" when in reality my mom was just trying to leave) and threatening to call the police. All this because they messed up her order to begin witg.
They never have things there supposed to, been there over 10 times and every time they are out of something. Place sucks
Vry,vry,nasty attitude because the drive thru was crowded,n she couldn't handle the volume. If u dnt like ur coffee,make it urself. Wooow!!! Terrible. Management should send bk for retrain.
