The workers are rude as hell, the manager needs to be fired because he has no customer service at all. The workers in the drive thru can NEVER!!! understand the orders. And you’ll be waiting a half hour just to order or even get your food. Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s terrible
I've been going to this tim Hortons location for the last 7 years, never disappointed. Staff is quick, and professional. Even the overnight crew is excellent service.
this location needs better management, horrible service, girls just stand around the register laughing when you've corrected your order they messed up or the manager who literally argues with you that he didn't mess it up when you stood there Watching him! On to of it the coffee most the time taste burnt if it's not in the morning. The only person who does anything right there is Bernie. She's the only reason we tolerate this locating in the morning.
People are nice and they've never gotten my order wrong in all the times I've gone here.
On busy times, you need to speak really loud for them to hear your order. Also not everything on their menu is available at all, like their nitro drinks.
They never get drinks right. The people here are hard to understand. And there mice running in the place. So don't order food here. I even seen a mouse when I was in the driveview
Not happy most of the time, and that's with most of them. 70% of the times they just walk pass the customer waiting inside. Just showing up for work is not good enough!!!!

I wish they would sell Tim's to people who gave a care about making customers Happy. The coffee is always burnt donuts r usually stale. not Impressed . Won't B back
