Small take out restaurant with a small menu that they do RIGHT! Everything is tasty. Large portions, even the “cup” size is more than enough. Sides that came with the catfish dinner were enough to split and I didn’t need to have ordered extras. Red beans and rice, cheesy grits and etouffe all had incredible flavor. Po’ boy was just like one I had in NOLA. Wasn’t my first visit, won’t be my last.

I had Louisiana Cookery for the first time YEARS ago at Food Truck Tuesday and they have been delicious and consistent ever since. The couple who owns the restaurant are just genuinely kind people, the food is so flavorful and always fresh. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Buffalo and everyone I’ve had try their food loves it as well. I hope they never close. Crawfish etouffe is my favorite ?
