Leaving 1 star because I paid $33 for 2 hoagies but I never actually got to try the hoagie. After 2 hours the order still wasn’t ready. Tried asking at the register but the workers would walk away and never come back. I was baffled. There were probably 20 other customers waiting who ordered online and had been waiting over an hour and still no food. They should’ve shut off the online ordering service if they were too busy. I don’t care how good the hoagie is based on other reviews, I just know Jim’s Steakout would never make a customer wait that long. I would rather eat a worse Jim’s sub than to order my food and never get it. What a joke. After waiting 2 hours we decided to go to Jim’s and got our food in 20 mins. I doubt I’ll be able to get a refund. Or the 20 other customers who probably never got their food either. Please do better
I been hearing about this place for awhile now. Finally stopped by to check it out this past Sunday. I ordered the west side special which was absolutely delicious it comes with fries and a drink. They were very nice here and also the place was clean and is located in a great location. I recommend anyone to stop by and support this place. They have a great selection on their menu. I definitely will be returning back here soon.

Food and Staff are amazing hard for me to finish eating a order due to the Stop putting out so much food for my money always a great Vibe I'm so happy THE HOGGIE STOP exist ? West Side Special for the WIN ?
My Husband drove us to Buffalo from NYC on a Thursday...we got into Buffalo at 10:40 PM. We wanted something to eat, but the places we knew about closed at 10:30 PM. We sent a text to our Fam and they told us about The Hoagie Stop. The Steak n Cheese in a Pita is FIRE and the fresh cut fries are seasoned so well! This is the first take out food that I didn't have to add ANYTHING to...no salt, no ketchup no NOTHING. You just eat and Enjoy! Definitely going back to The Hoagie Stop to bring a couple of those Steak n Cheese Pitas back to NYC! And the young man who took our order was very courteous...Nothing like Great Food and Great Service!
Pretty bomb spot. Recommended by a friend in the area. The surrounding area has a pretty lively night life. Almost seems sketchy if you are not from around here. But the gems are here. Starting with this hogi shop. Other reviews may be correct with customer service being a bit more straight faced. But the food is on point. I would request a little more cheese. But none the less it’s delicious. I would also like to request a bigger portion but for 1 person this should hit the spot. This is currently still take out only. So be ready to order and wait 20min.
I ordered on a Subday at 12:20 my order was ready at 12:45 walked in picked it up and left. 5 stars for me update 6/24... great service again
Staff and patrons suck but the food is ??? they need to de with the dudes harassing women in their establishment and not just stand there as if it’s not happening when the woman informs them of sexual harassment. Food is amazing and i hear the owner is cool but soemthing needs to be changed.
The moment I walked in I was greeted. I Advised It was the first time I was there . I was recommend a steak and I believe sausage combo minced and diced together into a pita bread with cheese and onions . The pita bread was so soft, and the meat very fresh and hot. It came with fries, also crispy and fully cooked and Sauce with a drink. Expect to be in a food induced coma for at least 3 hours haha. The food was excellent in general. Decor was very nice. The only thing I could recommend is AC as I can see it getting hot in there in the summer.
