Best bagels in the city FOR REAL! My personal fave is the Rosemary Sea Salt bagel - I get one at least once a week. I'm so glad to have such an awesome local biz in the neighborhood.

Honestly, BEST bagels I have every had. We did a pick up at a local coffee shop. I have to say I am extremely impressed. I was missing a bagel, but within 20 minutes of emailing them they made it right. Definitely will order again.
My wife ordered some bagels for a Sunday treat. I wish she would've ordered more. They were delicious. I told her to keep a eye out for the next pop up. Highly recommend.

The service had enough sass to reassure you that you are in Buffalo. The bagels were excellent and full of flavor! Big cookies can usually be disappointing and raw, but these were fantastic! There is a large assortment of baked goods, and even the worst is still pretty good.
Over priced waited 20 mins for someone to burn an egg and slap it on a bagel....smh cook doesn't know how to fry an egg
Solid food, but a bit pricey and spent a long time waiting for our order. Also if I had known it was a Public Espresso I prob would’ve just gone to the downtown venue

These are legitimately good bagels. There is a nice contrast in textures between the crispy crust and the soft, chewy inside. The seedings are generous and have good flavor. Nevertheless, for whatever reason, these bagels are fairly expensive even when compared to other exclusively bagel shops. Hopefully this can change if their production ever expands.
