Yummy food and the people working were really great! Loved the chef girl she seemed like she knew what she was doing, and enjoyed it, everyone happy behind the counter, good atmosphere
Location is finally open! Renovation looks great and noticed they have a fish platter! Just in time for Lent! Staff was very new but very friendly! :)

The Union Rd location is their best location and yet they always have it closed. It was closed for months and finally opened recently. I try to go there today, checked online to verify they were open, drove over only to find out that they’re closed. There’s no other close location near this one either. Now I have to drive 20 min father just get my Teds. Aggravating when we have such a centralized location in Cheektowaga and they’re open so inconsistently. Very disappointed, especially when they advertise that they’re open.
Been going to the Lockport location on Shimer for many years, and lately it's been disappointing. I went this afternoon (approximately 12:45 PM) with my family. Got a footlong hot dog and Italian sausage, both were undercooked. Asked for cheese on a burger, didn't get it. Asked for two orders of fries, only got one upon getting to the register. That mistake was corrected and the 2nd order of fries was paid for, but even then those tasted awful. What's the deal?
My wife and I went to Teds in Orchard Park yesterday, the food was very good as usual however I was shocked when I heard the cashier yell across to a coworker how much is 25 cents plus 10 cents is., the coworker responded but informed her that she gets confused also adding numbers up like 43 cents and 16 cents. I believe you learn basic addition in 2nd grade. I do know the names of the employees but I don’t want to embarrass them, I just can’t believe that Teds would hire people that can’t add to work as a cashier.
Recently our school hosted an event and used the Ted’s Food Truck to provide dinner. Alex and his team arrived early, served our guests efficiently, and never missed a beat. Not only was the food delicious, but they served with enthusiasm, smiles, and kindness. It was a very hot evening, and despite the heat outside, and I imagine inside the truck, their energy and efficiency never wavered. Ted’s Food Truck knocked it out of the park, and a big shout out to Marina, Alex, and their team for dedicating their time to make our event a success!
I'm a huge sucker for teds, the food is always great. Especially the fries and onion rings, best I've ever had.
