Tables dirty, floor full of food and papers, music extremely loud, all the drinks I try taste like water, restroom dirty and no napkins on the order.

Gave this Taco Bell one last chance. Ordered through the mobile app. When we reached the drive through the employee didn't even greet us over the mic or welcome us to Taco Bell. They immediately said that they were only serving soft shell tacos or bean burritos. Had to cancel the mobile order. I feel like this location has not been any good for over a year now.
Don't ever go here at night. They close randomly, sometimes more than a full hour before the posted hours, and sometimes won't accept cash orders, depending on who's working. As of today, got there 40 minutes before close, and they just weren't responding to anyone at the drivethru. Multiple people in front of me, few behind, absolutely no response.
Not only did this Taco Bell fail me miserably in getting my order wrong oh, but the food quality was terrible. I asked for extra beans of both types and extra rice and I got this measly tiny burrito. I paid for an extra beings of all types and rice as a side in almost 3.50 for it and I got this tiny cup when I brought it up they mentioned that this was a correct order when it was clearly not. I would have let that slide but then when I bit into it play tasted disgusting. This place now has me pausing on going to any Taco Bell chain. What a disaster and waste of 13 dollars!
Aside from them being out of very popular things, the customer service was terrible! Me being young and working in customer service I know it has nothing to do with age. They were on their phone in the window, talking down on the person that was in front of me, was rude when I asked if they had something. And when getting my food, the words “lady look at the window”. Do not recommend.
Had placed an order through doordash and ordered 3 Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme Meal with a Large soft drink and 2 Chicken Chalupas. I did not receive the 2 Chalupas and my DLT's weren't supreme.. I ordered late night but even so it was a simple order. I use to work for the company back in highschool for a few years and sad to see little mistakes like this as a consumer and former employee
Always missing items. You can't call them when you get home and open your bags and notice because nobody ever answers the phone on the number listed. They say the dining room is open but its always locked. Worker are very hit or miss. Some are very pleasant others are rude and that is not what customer service is about. All employees should be providing the same level of customer service as a standard.
We had to wait in the drive through over 20 mins. The lady at the window didn't even speak to us and whoever took the order seemed like they didn't really care. All around awful service
I love taco bell, its great after closing at work but this one always gets our easy drive-thru order wrong even though we always order unmodified menu items. One time we ordered a Cheesy Gordida Crunch and all that was in the wrapper was beef and cheese :(
