The ( I’m assuming , the owner is CRAZY!!! I asked a question about a certain type of meat and he spoke to me like I was a 6 year old.. it GETS BETTER… we had words and this FREAK FOLLOWED ME OUT OF THE STORE YELLING AND SCREAMING AT ME AFTER I WAS ALREADY IN MY CAR??? Thank the lord for my dash cam that recorded every bit of this in hinged man. I hope the people at the corporate office in Milford Conn. will appreciate the video. If they don’t , I’m sure YouTube , TikTok and every other social media will. By crazy!!!!???
I was denied access to the ladies room and my work partner was denied access to the men's room before ordering lunch.We work for the sewer authority and NEED to wash our hand before we eat.We refuse to eat here again. This is not only absolutely gross it is discrimination and against the Erie county health code. I have contacted the health department!
This is one of those businesses that every time I go there, I am glad I did. How does a chain store designed to be the same at every location differ itself from all the others? The People. Everyone who has helped me this Subway has been exceptional. Friendly, attentive, polite and kind. Thank you! Keep it up. Its a pleasure to come to their store .
What a bunch of dookie ? never again
Not only is this place always clean, they are always so polite when we walk in. Also, they save all the canceled online orders and give them to the homeless and those in need. I saw it for myself today. This will always be the only subway me and my family go to. It was so nice to see people actually being humans to one another.
A young girl took my order and was not friendly. And she had a “I don’t want to be here attitude”. I ask to add chicken to my salad after I paid and was going to pay the extra money for the chicken and she said I should have asked before I cashed out. Lousy customer service.

Gave this place 2 chances. First time was decent but second time my sub was covered in salt and pepper. The older gentlemen needs to be retrained in communication skills as well as sub making skills. He cannot make a consistent sandwich. Very rude tone of voice and he cannot hear well.
The Manager was excellent very professional and my sub was excellent
