I walked into this Starbucks at 6:15pm on a Monday night because I needed something to keep me awake (but not too hyper) while waiting in my car for my husband who was in the Buffalo General ER. The handsome gentleman (I didn’t catch his name) and the beautiful woman (Athena) were so kind to offer me a suggestion on what coffee to order and then proceeded to give me the coffee at no charge after hearing my husband was in the ER. I was beyond grateful and extremely humbled by their kindness and helpfulness. The “half caff Americano” with a touch of cream and a tiny bit of a flavor shot (I told him to choose one and surprise me- because I’m not picky and enjoy trying new things) was absolutely delicious and a perfect choice for this occasion. I’ve been to this location many times in my life but have a newfound love and respect for this spot after this experience. To the owner and manager of this Starbucks at 235 Delaware, you have some stellar employees. Thank you for making my night better
Thank you the the Crew and company for supporting healthcare workers!
The coffee is so good everyone should try it ask for venti iced white mocha with vanilla sweet Cream cold foam and extra caramel drizzle it’s life changing
The slowest Starbucks I’ve been to.
I went to Starbucks today (this is not anything directly related to them, but I keep trying to get in contact with them and nobody is answering the phone). The parking lot- which I’ve also attempted to contact the person who owns it and their voicemail is full- had some spots that asphalt had been placed down. I went to get out of my car and stepped in it- which resulted in asphalt getting all over my shoes and ruining them. There were no signs up. I have not been unable to get in touch with a single individual. All voicemails are full. I’m mostly concerned that if I wasn’t wearing better shoes- it could have gotten on my skin and burned me and/or it could hurt someone else. My brand new Birkenstock’s are now ruined. I’d appreciate someone reaching out to me as this is a legitimate safety concern. Posting on this Starbucks page because I was parked in spots in front of their location. If you can put out signs for COVID- you can put out signs that new asphalt was put down.
I’ve been frequenting this location for 10 plus years, things are going down hill. First, how do you not have any bold? Not even a pour over? After waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins because of their ridiculous weekend hours, 9 am! There are other stores opening at 6, why 9 am still? If they opened at 6 there wouldn’t be a mile long line at 9! Then no bold, so I get an extra shot to strengthen it up and get charged for it. 10 years Plus Dave, over 3000 a year and your goin
I'm a big fan of Starbucks, and this location did not disappoint. There was lots of room to hang out, there were some games to play with etc. The staff was very friendly and treated kids (we were there for a cheer competition) with as much respect and kindness as parents - and a lot more patience!!!
Went to this location before a concert at Shea's, the staff was nice, the place wasn't very busy so it was nice to just sit there and enjoy good hot chocolate.
