The drink a Vanilla something or other, was 100 % amazing. The line 9f cars was ridiculously long and ridiculously SLOW. had to wait to even get in the parking lot. Sooooo we parked and my son went in and waited another 20 -30 minutes. Personally, I would have left. My 19 year old son was much more patient than I was sitting roasting in the car ??
Absolutely the slowest Starbucks I’ve EVER been to. You better not be in a hurry if you need coffee for work. This is the second time I’ve gone and both times were terribly slow.
This remodeled Starbucks on Delaware and Kenmore Avenue does Not have any inside seating and you need a code to use the bathroom and no sink in the bathroom. They have a shared sink outside you have to use with other people.
I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso; what i received was one of the absolutely worst tasting beverages that I have ever purchased. Truly a let down.
Starbucks, what to say except delicious, cold brew with flavoring of my choice and milk..perfect!!
There not serving inside today however I’m in a big truck and can’t go to the drive thru. I asked if they can serve me at the door they said “no, sorry”. First of all sorry doesn’t do nothing for me and second of all can’t someone think of a solution instead of telling me sorry there’s a problem. Like seriously you could have told me there was another Starbucks 1 min away in the target
I decided to go on this glorious day to get my free red Christmas disposable cup. There were a lot of people in the drive thru and a lot of people inside. But everyone was happy, the staff were festive. Sure I had to wait longer than normal for my mobile order, but they were really organized and the store was fun to look at while waiting. Good job!
Ordering online was unavailable so the attendant thought it was acceptable to chat with off work employees in drive thru line while the line was to the road. Waste of time and order was wrong, wouldve went back but don’t want to spend an hour in line again

Ordered a grande toffee nut cappuccino and the cup was half full! I am mad I paid $5 for a half full cup!
