I've had really positive experiences with the baristas here. I usually preorder a drink then come to pick it up and I haven't had any issues. Great customer service!
First starbucks to unionize, and always busy. I admire the grit and solidarity of these workers and appreciate every drink they’ve served me this past year. Today is my last day working at the restaurant next door but I know I’ll still be a stopping by all the time.
Ever since this Starbucks got unionized it's always closed. 8pm on a Saturday during porchfest and it's closed. I've seen 10 people show up and be disappointed. Do better!!!
Why did you skip asking Asian’s name?I came here to congratulate the union but they were racist.We were 3 people and they skip asking 2 Asian’s name.Then, they ask my ‘white’ friend’s name.How incredible
In the heart of the Elmwood Village, this jewel is a perfect stop to hop in for a drink (Frappuccino my favorite) & people watch, bump into others you know or sit down and get your work on the computer. The staff are friendly and their high level of service really makes you feel special. Live is better with Starbuck here in the Village!
Order ahead is so helpful. Nice location. You can park in the back and there is an entrance there and you don't have to go around.
Understandably because of where it is located, you have to approach the counter if you want to use the bathroom. Still their coffee tastes great.
Best Starbucks in the world : the first one to have an UNION. Awesome for French people. The staff is friendly and efficient, and that reminds us QUALITY SERVICE is an American invention (maybe not an invention, it's cultural and unique). I stopped there on my way to the George Eastman Museum and was truly amazed. Much better than the Starbuck franchises in France. Thank you.
I love the workers here. They are really friendly. They are taking extra care to make sure proper health objectives are being met during the Covid pandemic. I like to support this Starbucks because they are unionized.
