I love the coffee and frappachino with caramel crunch and you can get non dairy milk to put in it. Service is great.
Drove 4 miles downtown to find out their closed at 4pm today...hello the internet exists now paper signs on your door do not work enjoy the 1 star get your act together.
Nice place to have a coffee, sandwich and sit down. Quiet and peaceful during the slow times, bit of a wait and a little noisier during the fast times; but still peaceful. And Great staff to top it all off..very friendly & pleasant. (and pretty too lol)
Good service, serving my favorite coffee. Small indoor section but a nice patio for the summer.

Love this place. Quick and delicious every time, as well as great customer service. I think the workers can be slightly stiff sometimes and I wish they would allow sitting all times of the year. But very convenient for high schoolers in the area
I love getting Starbucks but for some reason when I come to this location some of the staff seem to be sick. This normally wouldn’t bother me but we are in the middle of a pandemic and COVID is spiking in buffalo. It concerns me when I hear the staff coughing an unusual amount and then they continue to make my order anyways. Personally I don’t want to get sick and if the staff is really that sick they should be sent home until they’re feeling better.
Wouldn't survive without my morning coffee and what better way than to get the best customer service in the game in the process ?
I come here all the time and I order my usually order they move fast and they remember my name and the staff are very friendly and it always nice to grab something quickly
