Juneau Elizabeth and I met a couple of my personal training clients last Thursday, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. I loved the lemonade seltzer, and Juneau said the charcuterie board smelled divine. We will be back soon to sample it. Finally, welcome to the neighborhood!!!
Everyone there was extremely nice and welcoming. The beer and cocktails were great! Learned they are only 2 1/2 months into being open and they are doing great, pay them a visit!
seen this online prior to the opening. Catchy name and definitely lives up to it. Octopus is definitely a beautiful creature by nature and so is this place! Super homey feeling that you never want to leave. Love the recycled table sets and door. Outdoor backyard patio is perfect! The homemade brew is delicious. My favorite is the Sunshine and Warm Days. The hint of coconut tops it off. Way to go! Definitely will be a regular!
Love Spotted Octopus! Ken and Domenic are the best and all about providing fun and good quality beer. With so many breweries in the area, they do an amazing job of really differentiating themselves from the others. They are also all about supporting local small businesses!!!
Great people, great view, great everything. I’m so glad this place is finally open. The hype was driving me nuts. Absolutely love the atmosphere, the owners are the most fantastic people you’ll ever meet. I was never a beer guy until I discovered this place, everything they serve is gold. You will not be disappointed!
Loved the evening we spent here. Drinking wine, playing cards, and eating chocolate covered pretzels. The owners are incredibly friendly and such a joy to talk with. I will make sure to stop back whenever I am in Buffalo.
First visit to SOBC, last evening! Kevin and Dominic were truly welcoming when we arrived. A small but rustic & vibrant atmosphere! And, of course, the brews! Dominic is the Brewing genius here. He narrated a bit of the secret behing each beverage we consumed. All quite delicious!! We wish them well with their new "hobby"! We'll definitely be heading back for more of deliciousness soon...?????
Stopped by to check it out after hearing about them online. The building is cool with a upstairs with more seating and they have a nice yard too. The owners/bartenders were super friendly and happy to share their insights on their products and upcoming beers. Beer was awesome too. Great experience all around. Can’t wait to go back.
Really great new place in Buffalo to go for a drink! They carry a wide variety of unique beers that are all brewed in house, and served by a fun and incredibly friendly staff! Will definitely be back to the Spotted Octopus, and I look forward to what's on tap the next time I'm there
