I really enjoy going to this Spot Coffee location. The staff there is really friendly and helpful, their lattes are really good.
I used to really enjoy this place, but they've apparently turned into extraordinarily rude and self-righteous mask-nazis. Won't be going there again.
I'd rate it as just okay. Hot chocolate was just okay. Spot coffee always keeps there locations really cold (I think so people don't stay long lol). Coffee was just okay. Atmosphere was just okay. This is my 2nd or 3rd time over the past 3 years and I'm just not impressed.
Really liked this location, didn't realize it was there?! Nice, cozy atmosphere, as most Spot ☕ are, just love my lattes!
Not sure if this was only me had to wait in drive thru for 15 minutes for just a regular coffee and there was no one at window to even ask
Efficient courteous service. Good quality food.
After a first pretty negative experience I tried it again and it's been much better. Whoever the rude staff member was that shut the window in our face hasn't made another appearance and the white mochas are good. Still a long wait but it's a cafe, so I expect it. People have been much nicer.
Good luck ever getting your food. I deliver for doordash and dropped the batch after waiting over 15 minutes for 2 coffees and a cold wrap when they only had 1 customer in the entire store. If you ever order delivery and wonder why your food is cold/late, its not doordash, its drivers not going to wait for 30 extra minutes when the restaurant has had your order for 20 minutes prior. Lazy staff and expensive products, would not recommend.
Silence is a virtue you can go there drink eat and enjoy your time because it's Spot Coffee love it
They seem to put more of an emphasis on making customers wear masks, rather than quality and service.I saw 2 transactions, before I put my order. All three times, they focused more on people's mask than the order. "Ma'am can you cover your nose". " Sir, I need you to wear your mask properly". People don't act like this. Obviously the owners/ management have a mask fetish.Worst of all, the coffee tasted like they re-ran the grounds.There's been probably 3 or 4 times over the course if my life, I haven't tipped a server/ batista. Today was one of them.This will be the last time I ever stop here, or any other location.
