Consistent perfectionWeird flex but these were the best beans I’ve ever had.The biscuits are phenomenal too, get a brisket biscuit sandwich or the biscuits and gravy.Excited to try the chicken!

I give them five stars because Google will not allow me to give them the million that they deserve. The brisket is some of the best I've ever had. Get the BBQ box with the sliced brisket as the meat and the sides of biryani, cornbread and mango slaw and then thank me later. I can't wait to go back and try even more things - definitely one of the best meals I've had in a long time.

I do BBQ. I’ve been cooking whole pig for forty years. I’m not half bad at it. These people make me look like a piker. Ryan’s command of flavor and the skill that’s implemented by him and his team, make for a truly unique BBQ experience that is unparalleled. The fusion of southern Indian flavor and Texas Q works in a way that few things do. There is no other BBQ in the region that compares. Mine included.

Been meanjng to get by this place for a long time. As a native Texan, I am inherently a huge barbecue fan and I was excited to try this interesting concept that fuses Indian and BBQ cuisines. Though I haven’t tried their lunch and dinner offerings their breakfast is fire.I have now tried the brisket and barbacurry breakfast tacos ($5 each) and the sausage kolache (a classic Texas breakfast a item). Everything was delicious and I can't to try their biriyani bbq bowls soon!

Really excellent food and super spicy curry Sambar! -1star for an extremely long wait for in-person ordering

Hats off to Ryan . Southern Junction has brought Texas BBQ to Buffalo. My current favorite are the ribs ?. I have to give a shout out to the brisket .

Visiting from Austin TX was super exiting to try and they did not disappoint. The flavors are familiar but different and would compete with any place that I have experienced in Texas. The few things I have loved about Buffalo are the Bills the local beer and Southern Junction BBQ. Look forward to come back on our next visit to Buffalo!!!

As usual had a wonderful meal! Food is always AMAZING.

Honestly the food was delicious. Wasn't a fan of the sausage, but everything else was fabulous. Fed the wife and I for 2 days. Sauce was great. Mac and cheese good, beans solid, but should include cornbread in the platters. We had to make our own.
