Stopped here for lunch, half the group got breakfast and lunch. The food and service was amazing White Ruben, and pancakes were top notch.
Homemade corned beef hash was deelish. Great atmosphere and friendly wait staff.
With the cool summer breeze charged with the restaurant’s air conditioning door opening as its patrons enter and exit, the good eats scents only escape to tease you at your seat while waiting to be called to your open table. The Bloody Sunday arrives, topped with a perfectly chard crisp bacon ? and dunked with a martini olive. King Benedict on homemade Italian bread ?, the guards are prepared for the holidays. Off the beaten path, Sophia knocked it out!
The service was fast, everyone very friendly! The food was amazing and so were the drinks! Prices were also good!!
I strongly suggest, you go to Sophia's for your breakfast or Lunch cravings. There maybe a 20min+ wait time, but it is so worth it. Looking over their menu you will come to realize, there is something for everyone. You have your salads, breakfast dishes, burgers, and many other sandwiches to choose from. The place isn't really that big, but you still have plenty of comfortable room. Will be back, again and againBlueberry pancakes- delicious and full of fresh blueberriesOmlette- South buffalo full of filling and really goodToast- Enjoyed the crispiness but chewiness of the buttered toast
Went for breakfast to check this place out because I’ve been to the brothers restaurant, Nick’s place and I wanted to see how they compared. I ordered the New Standard ($8.5) which came with pancakes, eggs, sausage for me. It was came out quick and it was delicious. The service was good at the bar area and I definitely will be returning in the future.
Love the breakfast skillets here. Always a good size portion and yummy. Highly recommend their homemade toast. Only complaint is that they are often so busy they don't answer the phone, so for takeout, you're best walking in and placing the order in person than trying to call it in.
First time visiting Sophia’s. Had never even heard of this little Gem❤️ Food was great! Service was excellent and the wait was a little longer than expected but after being served…didn’t mind. Had French toast, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and bacon!! Oh and don’t forget the strawberry mimosas!! And as you can see I forgot to take the picture first LOL!!
Had a taste for blueberry pancakes, and there aren't many places that can go head to head with Sophias. Sophias's chicken in the grass omelet is very good with fresh tomatoes. Doesn't hurt that the bar is open early morning with a fine selection of nippitates.
Went there 5 minutes to noon on a Tuesday, thinking that was a good idea... Boy was I wrong. The 4 of us had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes. After being seated the very friendly server came over quickly and took our drink orders and shortly thereafter our food orders. I personally got the Steakhouse Burger and was pleasantly surprised that I could get Home fries as the side. The food came out quickly and without hesitation I began to dig in. Starting with a large bite into the scrumptious burger, hot and juicy, exploding with flavor. Out of 10 this thing gets nothing short of a 8.4. Next was home fries, nice and crispy, just the way I like em. Home fries getting a 7.3, I'm not sure if I could have added peppers and onions, but if I would have I think that number would have shot up to a 8.8 out of 10. The pickle was good, fresh and juicy getting a 6.1 out of 10.I did not visit the restrooms or anywhere else except the table and don't remember how the atmosphere and cleanliness was because I was too busy stuffing my face. I would say the service we received was a 8.8 out of 10, always having full drinks. We will definitely be going back. Please keep up the good work!
