The staff was very nice. We got our food in a timely manner. The food was delicious. we had the mango salad and pineapple fried rice with shrimp ?
Horrible experience!! Went to the restaurant at 4:00 pm today there were no other people seated to eat only people at the bar for happy hour. Wait staff brought us water and never came back because she was too busy EATING, on her phone , and chitchatting with the bartender behind the bar. Finally after waiting 30 minutes to order we got up and left. As we were leaving the bartender asked if she could help us!! Our reply “no it doesn’t seem like you want to serve us”. It’s a shame because we like the food but will NEVER go back.
The food was great, but I felt that the staff were very rude to us. I took my significant other here for a little date. We always ordered takeout from here but wanted to try it out in-person. But, I don't know if it's because of my race or that we were young. We were treated differently compared to the other couples around us. Multiple waiters checked on the people around us if they needed anything or water. However, we had to wait a long time just to place our order. The waiter said, "What do you want?" with an attitude. Not only that, even when we were done, we sat for at least 20 minutes before someone came and asked if we wanted the receipt. We even raised our hands to get some water, but no one came to check on us even when they sat a new couple next to us. We felt very uncomfortable, and we have never felt like this at any other restaurant ever. I am very lenient with everything, but this is the first time I felt like I actually need to write a review for a restaurant on google. Despite everything, we left a nice tip at the end but were very disappointed. All of this could be just a one time thing because I never went back after that one time so other people's experience might be different.
It was a busy night but they were very quick to address all of our needs. The waitresses were great. The food was excellent. The ambiance in the restaurant was calm and relaxing. I particularly like the decorations they have. Best of all, the food was awesome. Authentic & delicious!
Utterly delicious. If you come, you have to try the chicken satay appetizer and Com Thit Nuong. Top 1% of Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. Will be coming back weekly.
Went for lunch, I haven’t been to this establishment in quite a long time and noticed the decour is different now - they used to have white table cloths now plain tables and a bit more casual which I didn’t mind. Service was a bit slow and hard to get the waiters attention. The food was definitely worth it and the portion size was good sized. Had the lunch special with Panang curry and rice and spring roll - everything tasted great. See photos of food and menu….
A last minutes decision to eat here. Absolutely excellent!! Wonderful portion sizes. Friendly staff. Very busy! We were lucky to walk in and get a table. Will be back next time I'm in area.
