Ordered chicken Pod Thai. Chicken tasted old, dish overall was tasteless. Probably one of worst I've ever had. Service was extremely slow even when there weren't many customers. Won't be back.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Saigon Bangkok was one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. I ordered and ate Saigon Bankok Pad See Ew with shrimp and scallops 2 days ago and I got food poisoning about 8 hours after consumption I’ve been sick for 2 days now and in horrific pain. I called Saigon to let them know I had food poisoning from there food and all they said was “ hope you feel better”Very dissatisfied and hoping I recover okay.
Whenever my sister and I eat here, we are beyond thrilled with the food and customer service! We always order the following: Vegan vegetable tempura, vegan summer rolls, vegan crispy tofu, and vegan potato curry with tofu! Everything we always order is made top notch! We absolutely recommend this restaurant! It is one of the best (if not the best) Thai restaurant in the buffalo-Niagara area!
This place is so good. Had the basil pad Thai and it was great. Can't wait to go back
I ordered pad Thai was served vermicelli noodles instead of yellow traditional noodles wen asked about it they still charged me for the pad Thai after I did not eat and pretty much told me I’m SOL do NOT recommend go somewhere else!!!!! Terrible service!

We ordered vegetable tempura, 2 pad Thais and two Penang curries. The Penang curry was reasonable. Not the best but ok. The Veg Tempura was way too oily for a human being to consume. But the disappointment was the Pad Thai. We had ordered Veg pad Thai with no eggs, they used way too much fish sauce that the Pad Thai smelt so much like a dead fish. We could not eat even one bite. We had to throw the Pad Thai straight to the dustbin as shown in the photo. It was completely unedible. We called the restaurant and the person on the phone said it was because we didn’t order peanut sauce. Trust me when I say that all the peanut sauce in the world could not have saved this pad thai. They were very dismissive and didn’t offer any refund or replacement. Bad pad Thai and even worse customer service!
Visited Niagara Falls from Delaware and decided on Thai food out of the blue. We were thankful because this place was AWESOME!!! We ordered a plate of saigon basil chicken fried rice, chicken cashew nuts on the lunch menu and pad see-eew also on the lunch menu. the portions were large and we doubted we could eat everything, but amazingly we did, due to everything tasting so DELICIOUS. The staff (who were possibly the owners) were so helpful and friendly. This place is recommended 100%.
The service and food are always amazing when we come here. Love the selection of food and if you're looking to get in and out, it's a great restaurant.
