The food was a 5/5! Service and atmosphere were a 3/5 at best. Honestly there really wasn’t any atmosphere to speak of. Lighting was dim, music was low and didn’t set any mood. Decor is nice but casual. I would expect better service than a Denny’s for the price. Luckily the god will give them a second chance.
This place is a hidden gem. Tuesday night specials have packed the place, which is great to see but the word is out. Great food at reasonable prices and wonderful service. Make reservations or you won't get a table. Flatbread had a great crust. I had the $10.00 breaded porkchop special. I was not expecting 2 porkchops for 10 bucks, along with mashed potatoes, green beans and a chef salad with warm, fresh bread. Absolutely Delicious. And then there's dessert. Took a piece of coconut cream pie to go. Tasty, creamy deliciousness. Kelsey, our waitress was pleasant, attentive and very good at her job. Greatly appreciated. I'll be back!! Food is too good not to try everything on the menu.Went again last night. It's now$12.00 for complete dinners with salad. I had the bruschetta chicken this time. Delicious.
Wonderful little gem of the Southtowns. Excellent date night location. Fantastic food.First Visit:Spinach and Artichoke Dip: Made with fresh made pita chips. A welcome surprise.Beef on Weck: perfectly cooked roast beef. Ordered without weck. Fries were perfectly done.Sirloin Brisket Burger: Wonderful blend of meat for a burger and delicious on the pretzel bun. Same amazing fries.They could use a bit more help on the floor but the atmosphere was wonderful for an impromptu night out. Looking forward to going back and reveiweing more of the menu.
I came here on St. Patrick's day. First time here & they came highly recommended. The food was spectacular. Fried goat cheese, just melts in your mouth. Rust belt mac & cheese.. Ooh my so good. Had the homemade bailey's Irish cream cheesecake absolutely delicious! The restaurant is clean and very comfortable The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The quality & quantity of food you get for the price is just amazing. We will definitely be going back. Word is getting out, the Rust Belt is where it's at!!
Totally not impressed tonight. Tuesday night $10 meals which is great but not when you have to wait 45 min for your dinner. One person in our party had to leave asked for her check never got it until the rest of us got ours which was 50 minutes later at which time was because we flagged someone down. You are offering $10 meals those meals should be ready to roll should not take 45 minutes! Got the open prime rib sandwich tough and disappointed did not even seem like prime rib. All in all awful experience
The food here is amazing and the service by our server, Mike, was fantastic. The only drawback if any is that I couldn’t decide what to get as everything on the menu sounded appeasing. Try the pistachio cake ❤️
Have to say what a wonderful meal my family and I had this evening. Our waitress was beyond the BEST!! She truly was a Gem and the food was beyond delicious. I can’t wait to go back.
Our waitress Dione was nice. We were asked if we had reservations, but we didn't. We went shortly after they opened so they weren't busy. We brought our son, but they don't have a kids menu. Their food was good, especially the appetizer.
The former Armondo's near the Ford plant. Casual, upscale dining for a moderate price. Don't let the outside make you think "greasy pub food". Food is made with great skill. Menu has a great selections of choices: seafood, pasta, salads, sandwiches, steaks, chops, chicken- all prepared in a variety of ways. Full bar service. Incredible desserts. We went on a $10 Tuesday- many choices for $10, or 2 for $10. Mike was our waiter and he was "on it". Our bill for the two of us was under $60 for dinner, drinks, and desserts. Lighting is dim, so I didn't take any pics.
Our experience was great! Greeted and seated promptly by our waitress Dione. She took our drink order and brought us a great loaf of bread with seasoned olive oil that she made. It was was unbelievably good. My wife and I ordered strip steaks that were cooked perfectly and really good. My daughter ordered pasta Alfredo with chicken and she really enjoyed it. Almost every salad dressing they have is made in house. We loved the white and honey balsamic. The portions were very generous, the timing of everything was great and Dione was awesome! We finished everything off with two pieces of salted caramel dark chocolate pie and a piece of sour cream cheesecake. All were really good and I couldn’t decide which was better. We cannot recommend this place enough! Great atmosphere, food and friendly service at a very reasonable price!
