I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant.i want to live it since it's up the street but it's meh. My fries be cold and chicken finger be to hard by the time I get them. My husband steak doesn't have enough steak for the price of the sandwich I can make him one at home of better quality. Then driver's wants tips and we're told I had a whole bunch of orders. We're around the corner huh. I like the food when it's hot and decent.
I’m from Canada, first time ordering from hereI was at Top’s and decided to stop in & take a small pizza home with pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeño’s, it was absolutely delicious, very taste crust too, I will definitely be back, I must also mention that the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous, Thank you so very much!!
Love Ricotta's Pizza, since moving out of the South Buffalo area into the City I've struggled finding really Top Quality Pizzeria food at decent prices. I really enjoy their Pizza, Wings, Subs, Tacos, & their Beer Battered Fish Fry (you get a large portioned Beer Battered Haddock Fish, French Fries, Real Cole Slaw (not jar or can), choice of Potato or Mac Salad, Tartar Sauce, & Lemon Wedge). I live on the Westside now and so many places do Breaded Fish Fry (No Such thing in South Buffalo). No matter what I've ordered here, I've been very satisfied...... ??♥️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It's been a bit since I've had GREAT pizza and AWESOME wings. You will NOT be disappointed. The service was amazing; the food fresh and hot, the pizza done just ohmyyum and the wings..well when you napkin and face meet and come away covered in delicious hot sauce... yummmm
The food was cold and when I extra for extra seasoning the was so ignorant they poured half the bottle in the tray and I only asked for well seasoned cause last time the lemon pepper tasted like straight black pepper

I ordered food through Slice to be delivered. The food was very good and delivered on-time.Not sure if Ricotta's will see this... but posting anyway, lol.I have a suggestion... for wings or any other food placed in Styrofoam containers, if possible to secure them closed by stapling them closed??. Reason why I say that is, I ordered 10 wings along with pizza, and the wings Styrofoam container looked as if it had been tampered with or not properly closed, and there were only 9 wings. Kind of left me thinking the delivery person may have messed with it?? Kinda creepy to think about. I just figured if the container is stapled shut, it would help the customer feel more secure that someone isn't tampering with it. Also, would secure the container closed to prevent an accidental opening if that was what happened for my order.
