We stopped into Red Lobster for dinner. We were seated and then Nick our polite, personable and knowledgeable waiter took our drink orders and gave us time to look over the menu while enjoying the hot biscuits. Our appetizers and salads arrived quickly. The dinners came out next nicely presented. Nick checked on us regularly throughout our meal. Great food, wonderful service, very enjoyable meal. We will be back soon!
We almost left because we waited so long for the waitress to approach our table. We opted for soup and salad and the salad came with dressing on it and it was too much...more like a little salad with overwhelming dressing. The soup was very salty and not exceptionally warm. Very disappointing...this used to be a quality restaurant. We won't be returning!
We ate here on Monday, July 11th. This was one of our worst dining experiences. They were terribly short staffed. We had a 6pm priority seating for 5 and they had to scramble even though the restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered lobster feasts for two of us and other entrees for 3 others. We received our drinks, then our entrees. We had to ask what happened to our appetizers, salads and soup. We received our limp Caesar salads halfway through our dinner and appetizers and soup after our meal. Fish fry without fries that were delivered later. There was literally no room on the table for the plates.It was a real mess. Food definitely below average. Very disappointing experience for my birthday.
Excellent food. The steak was cooked better than a steak house, with fresh hot biscuits and lobster tails. Lots of menu options for mix and match of foods too!
I was really bummed out to find that Red Lobster stopped carrying Italian and balsamic vinaigrette dressings! This sounds minute but sometimes I just crave a salad away from home. So disappointing today. Italian and vinegarette dressings are very popular. Very bad change.
We arrived at 9pm got the nasty look from host and our server for the time. We each Ordered a drink took 15 min to bring over neverasked if we wanted another. My dinner came and the scallops were not good at all, waiter never asked if it was ok or anything. Very disappointing we won't go there again. We used to go quite often.
My meal.was very good except the salad. The lettuce was very limp, like it was sitting around too long.
My sister and l went for a Friday lunch. David was our server. Great service. Food was freshly prepared and delicious.
It was good food and service. The amount was way over the top. GEESH!!
The hostess did not make me feel welcomed.But the waitress was a jewel.The food was tasty as usual.
