The waitress, Mallory, was super nice and helpful. I would really recommend her if you have the chance. The food and drinks were great. I had the peach pinacolada and it was great. Our food came out timely with our 7 person party. The only issue I had was with the crab linguini. The crab they used just had a grainy texture and was pretty fishy. Kinda like the last bits of crab in the batch were used for the noodles. All the other dishes (sesame soy salmon, the lobster shrimp and salmon, and the new england clam chowder) were all excellent. Would definatly recommend coming!

I love red lobster because the food is delicious, the service is great and reasonably priced. melissa was our waitress and was amazing! I tried the salmon, grilled jumbo shrimp and lobster, it was excellent.

The waiter kept calling us "my friend". Found that to be condescending and unprofessional. Food was good, had breaded shrimp and lobster. Both were good, but the lobster tail was almost tiny---not worth $14 extra. The rice was absolutely HORRIBLE. Take it off the menu. Have to think twice about going back. The steak and lobster at Longhorns was way more of a value than this.

Thank you to Frank who was a amazing, fantastic and courteous server. The Unlimited Shrimp was fabulous. It was a amazing belated Mother's Day dinner with my daughter. We had 2 problems but the manager was considerate to our issues. Thank you again.

Our waitress was awesome, food was good, but the condition of the restaurant and attitude of management towards employees is terrible. The bathrooms smelled disgusting, we were told it’s sewage coming from the floor drains in the bathroom and kitchen and it has been going on for awhile which can’t be sanitary. After 3 of the table top computers failed to process our payment the waitress reluctantly took our bill and card to her register saying they get in trouble for using the register when it’s not necessary. Isn’t there somewhere else for employees to smoke other then right at the main entrance?

This location is fantastic! Always clean with friendly service. This last time I went I had the best server I've had in years - his name was Frank. He was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Our glasses never got anywhere near empty and he staggered our appetizers and food perfectly, which I greatly appreciated. Perfect service and I will definitely ask for him when I return.

Quinoa rice was a bit hard. Other than that food and service were good. Website says $17.99 for all you can eat shrimp we were charged $19.99. It's not about the $6 overcharged (3 people total) It's about what was expected due to the website.

Great service and attention to details. I'm allergic to Lobster and wanted Salmon. They recommended it be broiled instead of grilled since lobster was cooked on the grill. The waitress brought out a blackened broiled Salmon that was oh so very delicious. And the portion was perfectly sized. The broccoli was a nice bright green and perfectly cooked. Thank you for such great service.

Went here with family for a 3 person birthday celebration. The food was on point, as always. I wanted to give a special shout out to our server Frank. He was amazing! He was very personable, funny, attentive, and treated us to a birthday sundae. He really made the experience and is an asset to Red Lobster!

Very kind management and staff...Red lobster is my husband's favorite place he loves the ultimate feast... So on our anniversary which is today we went there to celebrate 16 years... We waited and waited for the waitress and finally I said I'm getting ready to leave it was 20 minutes with no one giving us a menu or water or saying welcome to Red lobster.... The waitress finally came with a big smile on her face and I felt so bad saying we're leaving and she wanted to know why and I said we were waiting for 20 minutes if not more she apologized and we were leaving and the hostess who sat us at the table was concerned and I told her it's our anniversary and I was just about in tears they got the manager he talked us into staying offered us an appetizer which I don't really eat appetizers so I said thank you but no and we ate a wonderful dinner everything was perfect and then the manager came and offered us a dessert and I said no thank you because I don't really eat dessert either but it was very kind of him and he gave us half off of our bill which I wasn't really expecting and it was very wonderful how he handled everything so perfect....We go there for all special occasions and we will continue to go there and management handled things very well and I would like to thank them.
