I ordered rice bowl and Greek fries delivery. The guy only brought the rice bowl and didn't bring Greek fries. When questioned , he said he will go back to the restaurant and will bring it . But never came back and the restaurant never answered my calls. I already called 5 times.Took my money and didn't provide the item. And no options to report online or to file a complaint. I ordered through their website directly. Food is good but not a good service .
My last visit to Rachel's I ordered 2 Greek pita wraps for pick up. When I got the pitas The "fresh baked" Greek pitas were so hard that they were nearly inedible. I could literally tap on them and they made noise they were so hard. When I sent a complaint to the owners they thought a $5 refund was appropriate for a meal for 2 that cost over $20. This is laughable customer service and has soured my opinion of this place that I used to enjoy. Guess that $15 was worth more than a repeat customer. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted but as Rachel's began to expand it seems their overall quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. Sorry Rachel's but you aren't worth the trouble when you treat people this way.
Ordered my food online.1. Food didn’t come with a lid. It was wrapped up with aluminum foil.2. Food came in a plastic bag (not the Rachels bag.)3. No silverware, napkins, or sauce was provided.4. Bowl was barely full.Zero stars! Terrible!!!!!
Want a quick fresh chicken souvlaki while running errands? Rachael's!Dine is is available!Fountain beverages flow.Sorry for the delay in taking the picture.
Well the bowl that I got was pretty good reason for missing few stars is because employee was a little weird seemed aggravated for some reason everything he scooped into my bowl he did it with kind of like anger smashing it into the bowl so it went everywhere felt quite disrespectful! Not sure he liked working there pretty sure he shouldn't work with the public! Guy at the register was awesome though
I ordered the pita with lamb. Absolutely delicious. And plenty of toppings too. A little pricey almost $14 but you get what you pay for!
Greek style food, pick each ingredient, make a bowl, make a wrap.We waited a long time for fries, finished main order before we got our fries.
The first time we ordered from here it was great, the second time was terrible. I ordered a rice bowl and my husband ordered a salad bowl. My rice bowl had his extra chicken and all the wrong toppings on it. I ordered lettuce, tomato, cucumber, banana pepper, kalamatas, and feta. I got cucumber, banana peppers, and red onion. The rice was crunchy and we didn’t get the extra pita we ordered. The pita that came with my husband’s dish was not edible. It was hard as a rock and stale. Tried to call and got “sorry your call can’t be forwarded at this time, please try again later” and it disconnected. Don’t think we will be ordering from Rachel’s again.
Down town location way better, never coming back to this one. The chicken at this location was burnt, I found a few bones in the chicken, I got a way smaller portion size, found a big onion skin in my food, and there was no pita bread.... ended up throwing it out because it made my stomach hurt and I got food poisoning... such a waste of money.
