Great experience - ordered takeout catering for a work event; everything was ready for us right on time and delicious. Appreciated that all the nutritional info was easy to find and that there were so many healthy options!
3.25.2022 about 4:30 pm I went to eat here and the customer service was lacking. First off, the two girls didn’t have inviting attitudes, not even a smile. It was like they were bothered by any question we asked. No lids for the takeout bowls, I was not given a pita bread with my salad bowl, nor dressing. The hummus had no flavor and the white sauce tasted like plain sour cream. Bad experience at this location.
I asked for them to put all dressings on the side not on food on both orders this is what I got soggy meals through door dash, delivery driver excellent service though.
If the sign says you're open until 9PM, then you need to be *OPEN* until 9PM. That doesn't just mean the door is unlocked, it means I can get whatever I want off the menu. It means if I come in at 8:30, you're not already breaking down your kitchen and unable or unwilling to make half the things I planned to order. And no, the pandemic and the labor shortage isn't an excuse. I would've been happy to show up earlier if I had known you were going to start breaking stuff down an hour before closing or whatever it was. But there was no way for me to know that, because your sign said 9PM. If you can't find enough people to work late, that's perfectly understandable, but then you need to be honest with your customers about what your real hours of operation are. That being said, the food itself is pretty good. Not quite as good as Pita Gourmet, but at least they're not afraid to open locations in the city proper.
Nice quick meal. Fries were great but chicken was really dry. Also not very good about making sure the toppings are separated (get a few ingredients you don't want in your bowl). One star for that and would still go back.
Employees seemed irritated to take my order and explain the different options for the menu to me. When I filled my overpriced fountain drink and tasted the disgusting cherry Coca-Cola the machine serves I about threw up the overpriced grilled chicken gyro because it was straight syrup concentrate and so disgusting. Tasted lots like cough syrup
Told the cashier I wanted to split the cost of my food on 2 cards (I didn’t have enough to cover on one of my cards) he looked me dead in my eyes and said “okay do the card you want to do first”. And I did… and after he goes “oh you wanted to split it”. And they couldn’t put the money back on the account because there was no manager there… now I have a negative balance and I’ll have to pay a $35 overdraft fee because of this… “my bad” definitely wasn’t enough in this situation…
Ordered online pickup but when went there, they had no rice. But they agreed for extra chicken. They should have already mentioned that they had no rice. Ok fine, they agreed for extra chicken.Second thing, they forgot to add any sauce at all.Third, they didn’t even give any cutleries with the meal.Fourth, it was worst!! Not hot, no taste, expensive :(Disappointed and I had to throw it away. But I would say, Baklava was tasty.
Incomplete order- a chicken souvlaki order was placed, and requested feta and other toppings (such as garlic sauce, etc). Nothing but some lettuce and chicken in a bowl, plus a rock hard, petrified pita that literally would have broken a tooth had I attempted to eat it. No other vegetables, no feta, no sauce. Not even close to being worth $15.
I saw a young lady that I've known since she was a little girl. Didn't recognize her at first, because she had a mask on. She quickly said hello and I told her, I haven't visited Rachel's before, could you make a selection for me. I told her, I prefer chicken and the rest was history. The meal was delicious and it really got the spot. I knew her mother when she was a little girl, isn't life diverging else. Take care and enjoy the snow ❄️
