A little pricey, and if I am not mistaken portions are a little smaller, but great food!
Underwhelmed. Salad bowls are ridiculously small. Falafel is pretty good, but overall there are better local places with quality Greek food.

The new location on Niagara Falls boulevard is tasteless. I went four week ago and the beef had absolutely no taste what so ever. So, I tried again yesterday and the same thing happened. The beef had absolutely no seasoning. It was awful.

Very pricey. Food is ok. Restaurant is very loud and it's like you are eating in a cement room, not inviting at all.
Rachel's used to be one of my favorite places to have lunch on UB campus. But that was when they had the old style which was made to order. They have hence changed to a pre cooked "pick your protein and your toppings" sub shop style and now I couldn't care less. Food doesn't feel or taste fresh as it used to.
