Three times I've been here, twice in person and once for an online pick up. The first two times they were out of spicy chicken, the first time the sandwich, the second time a three piece and just now an online order for three people. When I arrived they had gotten the order, bad news was it was going to be another 20-30 minutes for them to have the order ready. This place never seems to have spicy anything in stock, you're waiting for they're rude. Find another place to go if you want an order right.
Food was good for the price. Not quite as spicy as I'd expect real Cajun food to taste like.At this location 2 members of the staff stared at me oddly when eating. Not sure why, but beyond that it was a very nice visit.
Good food, order was correct, but just don't like how it looks and built! The blacktop needs repair, the parking is away from building unlike other fast food places, unkept landscaping, and the lobby is almost always closed even though we have only 3 cases of Covid in the area!
The first time going to this location the dining room was closed because of the pandemic had to use drive-thru ok, fast forward almost two years later dining room still not open ?. I went through drive-thru again wanted 5pcs tenders was told it would be 25 minute wait no thank you so I went to jersey Mike's. This Popeyes is a joke to the brand.
Long wait. Rude service always. Order online is a joke. Charge for dips.... 35 cents each. Our buns were stale and stiff. They don't have water?
So, I took a friend of mine to Popeyes because he loves the place and he got me a order of fries, they were good. Like said my friend loves Popeyes chicken and I only tried their fries, going on that I'm sorry but I can not honestly say much. If I ever give Popeyes a try I will be sure to give you my opinion here.
Horrible. Asked for water with my meal and they told me they don't have any water. How do you not have water!!!???? Makes no sense also I ordered a chicken sandwich and and order of plan tenders. They told me they don't have plan tenders that they could only do mild and hot. Worst experience ever, not to mention first time at a poppeyes. This is the one by McKinley mall.
Drive through was ok. Slight delay so they had us pull over and wait. Got a side of Mac-n- cheese for our patience
The dinning room is closed in May of 2022, everywhere else in the world has been open and available to dine in by now.Every time I go to this location through the drive thru, they don’t have basic stuff like “nuggets”. It’s always hard to understand who’s on the intercom as well, which is why I’m writing this review due to what has happened below.I go in the drive thru to pick up food for me and my girlfriend, she wanted nuggets, but as soon as I get to the intercom I get told, by the drive thru person they don’t have them.So I decide instead of trying to call my girlfriend while at the intercom, and hold up everyone waiting behind me, I decided to just go in and order because it’s easier to hear people and learn what they have in stock.Instead the dinning area is closed.I have numerous times in the past ordered delivery from this Popeyes as it’s the closest one to where I live. I constantly have issues, either cold food, or messing items etc.So I finally got fed up to actually complain on here. Also I called another local location the N.Buffalo Popeyes, and they had nuggets, so it’s not due to a shortage as much as they are either too lazy to order everything, or cook everything, maybe they just don’t make as much money off nuggets so they pick and choose which product to offer which I’m sure is against franchise rulesThis location is managed extremely poorly, even when it comes to who they decide to be the drive thru person. My first job I worked at was McDonald’s. I started working grill/cooking food, but i have a personable personality and I am well spoken, so they moved me to cashier and to drive thru.I don’t know why at this Popeyes they can’t put a reasonable person on the intercom. I’ve experienced this so many times here, to the point I don’t see how they can excuse the short comings this location has. The place is poorly managed, it’s an eye sore compared to every store commercial space near here.I believe it to be a “franchise”, where it’s being poorly managed by an individual owner. As “corporate” locations definitely appear to be ran better in general, you see this with McDonald’s etc.The parking lot has giant potholes, the sign on the front is missing letters, and this is in a nice area but it looks soo bad.So finally enough is enough! I never ever leave bad reviews, but the owners of this Popeyes are doing such a horrible job, it’s not from Covid! But not surprisingly many others have left bad reviews as of lately as well.
Had small mac and cheese with chicken sandwich through drive through.. Mac and cheese was a few noodles with a big glob of cheese. Absolutely terrible! How can someone think this could be served. Chicken sandwich below par today as well.
