I wish I could give Popeyes a no star rating. Picture this, going to Popeyes several times and never get what you ordered, well that's my experiences with Popeyes has been. I gave them one last chance last week, I ordered a Chicken Sandwich with extra mayo and I got 2 plain buns, no chicken, no mayo and no pickles, go figure.
got 6 pcs chicken includingbreast, 2 wings,2 thighs, a leg,placed from App while in line,only costed $6.99 ready immediately, fresh, hot, and delicious.
Gross, we are not one to waste food but this was awful. The chicken was completely dried and had absolutely no taste. The chicken sandwich was okay that is why I gave it two instead of one because the chicken was that bad
OK... I LIKE KFC Better; everything is about the same however I enjoy the taste of the KFC gravy much better. Sincerely, Brian xo
Would rate zero if I could. Didn't have half the menu, only had 4 drinks to chose from, and the food I did order they didn't even know about until 15 minutes after I ordered and I to show them my receipt to even prepare my order. I placed a mobile order which believe it or not they didn't have half of what I ordered so instead of offering a refund they a. Ignored the order, and b. Substituted me with 8 biscuits after i said something. Could not stress enough to not go to this location, go to McDonald's next door or literally anywhere else.
I have to agree that this place is a mess and no one seems to care. They are also a terrible neighbor because the outside of the place looks like hell. Landscaping, grass, etc. Why hasn't their franchise been pulled yet? They do an unbelievable business at this location so the customers deserve to get what Popeye's stands for, not this poorly run toilet.
The chicken sandwich is bomb, but the rest of the food was just okay. The fries were soggy and overly greasy, the soda was very flat, and the red beans and rice had kind of congealed. This was my first time here, so I'm willing to go back a second time for redemption. So we'll see.
It actually was the best fried chicken I ever had. I loved their mashed potatoes and flavorful gravy too. The biscuits and fries are just ok.

Got the spicy chicken medium cajun fries combo. Good food.
