opened my sub when i got home it has bo cheese on it and looked like a baby made it. turkey was only on one side of the sub. and they used 10 sheets to wrap the sucker.
I paid $18.18 for the Etaliano and received only lettuce, the manager, Meranda flhung up on me 3 times and I had to call from another number and she hung up again . The customer service is terrible.

Many years back they had a location close to us & it was our go to pizza joint. When they moved this location on to Transit Rd, it was too far of a hike. After many years, having lunch with family who works close to there, it was decided to grab a square oie from here. Boy, not disappointed at all. Tender dough, ample tasty sauce & generous amount of toppings. Just one great tasting pizza. Going to have to make the long trip more often.
Just last night we were traveling through Buffalo, it was after nine on a Saturday night and we could find no place that was still open to grab a late dinner. We pulled into the establishment 15 minutes prior to closing, something we try not to do but we’re desperate. We were met with kind, happy faces that offered to throw a pizza in for us. It was delicious, hot and fresh. We sat in the parking lot after closing and enjoyed the satisfying, delicious pizza. Thank you for being gracious and helpful.
26$ for medium half pepperoni half pineapple. Waited an hour to pick up in hotel lobby. Burnt. Tipped 5$. Wont order from them again.
We were in town for a hockey tournament and wanted to do a team dinner. We called up and ordered 3 pizzas and a bunch of wings, and it couldn't have turned out better. The pizza was fantastic! I love thick, square pizza (Sicilian style), so this was right up my alley. The pizzas were delicious. We got one plain, one pepperoni (which was cup & char, a Buffalo trait), and one sausage, and they were all great. The wings were good, too! Also, the pizzas were all prepared quickly and ready when we arrived to pick them up. The price was good for that amount of food. The people were nice. I would absolutely order Picasso's pizza again when back in the Buffalo area. It is fantastic!
I ordered online. Waited over an hour, just for them to tell me they don’t deliver to the motel I was staying at: it was literally across the road! So I said I would come pick it up. They DID NOT offer the deals online. They team working was extremely rude when I went to get my food. Do not eat there! There was weird things in my salad.
Awesome pizza, don't forget to add more dust to your slice, you won't regret it!!!Slices were fresh and not all dry from sitting inside a warmer
Ordered a chicken finger sub. It was just chicken fingers and tomatoes on an untoasted roll. I ordered it hot with lettuce tomatoes and onion with blue cheese. For 15 dollars you better get it right ,no excuses,its not rocket science.
