opened my sub when i got home it has bo cheese on it and looked like a baby made it. turkey was only on one side of the sub. and they used 10 sheets to wrap the sucker.
I paid $18.18 for the Etaliano and received only lettuce, the manager, Meranda flhung up on me 3 times and I had to call from another number and she hung up again . The customer service is terrible.

You cancelled it immediately, then closed on the app. (It's noon, you're closed?!)I go to your website to order the same salad, but your website's order function doesn't allow you to select more than 1 modifier? So croutons OR cucumber? Why not just let me order from a platform that isn't worthless? You lost a customer today, for no reason. Hope it was worth it.
To call it dogshi* with pepperoni ontop would be insulting to dogshi* little Ceasars and 711 both make better pizza
Finally. Pizza with a different taste!! Makes ya actually WANT to eat it a few times a week lol Def def worth a try. Meaty wings as well. Kinda pricey, but worth the difference/change up from the everyday pizza places out there?
I'm a sort of regular delivery customer On mondays.Whats nice is that if you deliver to the same spot weekly like I do once they get your number n where you are located. That part is saved in their computer so when you give your number next time they ask you if you are located at the same address give your order and it's that quick.I order.the Philly cheesesteak and their fries are fabulous. Since I park overnight at my customer I order enough to.put in my fridge as well since nothing else is open late night early am.Ill be ordering again from them this coming Monday as well.
Two days back to back I've gone here. I used to go all the time when I worked close. Seems VERY inconsistent now... Yesterday the slices were clearly sitting awhile... They were far from fresh and hardly ANY sauce on them. Today they were fresh (because I went in just after 11am) and still very little sauce and this time half the pepperoni than normal. One slice had zero pepperoni on over half of it...wth??I will still go here, and still say the food is good, all places have off days and new people, but keep an eye on your product...
We order the buy 2 subs get 1 free Oh My Goodness, the best subs we have ever had, and they make their own bread, our go to place from now on , thank you yummy!!!!!
I ALWAYS say Picasso's is the best Pizza in WNY! There was a mistake on my Pizza when we got home, they Gladly made us a new Pie & it was Fantastic!
