Today’s food was prepared and made perfectly! The staff was very attentive and helpful!
Received a gift card so we tried, food was good.Counter person wasn't helpful and didn't offer us the option of adding a dessert which we didn't pay attention to a sign covered by cookies. Also our first time there and she wasn't aware of what came in salads.
I go to this location quite a bit. The employees are usually friendly and helpful, although I will say the quality of food/preparation standards have really gone downhill over the last few years. Whenever I get food to-go, I just anticipate that the sandwich will be completely smashed. Perhaps if delicate sandwiches (such as chicken salad) were packed in a box instead of wax paper this wouldn’t happen?! One day when my coffee was missing almond milk (as requested for my to-go order), I brought this to the attention of a staff member…to resolve this, she handed me an entire (unopened) carton of almond milk straight from the kitchen refrigerator and said “I’ll just let you pour it”. Uhmm….?!?!? Lol. I have no problem pouring my own almond milk, but to hand me a giant jug of it directly from the kitchen? It was also sealed, so I had to break the seal to pour it into my cup. I don’t think the department of health would’ve liked that.
We Love Panera’s baked goods, breads, and smoothies. The soups are really good too! Service is always great too.
I love this place. The food is awesome the dude that makes the food is always very kind and in a great layed back mood. They're a touch pricier than most in their category or genre but their food is also a cut above. The staff is great and I like a friendly staff that I can play and joke with and I am Willing to pay a bit more just for that alone.
Got the sausage and pepperoni flatbread pizza a few days ago, loved it then. Decided to order another one for pickup today, opened the box only to find it barely had any cheese on it, and NO cheese on about half of it. Took it back inside to show them and politely complain, and was told it's all pre-made, so even if another one was made it would be the same, yet it wasn't like that the first time around ? Very disappointing.
I give 2 to be conscious of the fact your workers are friendly and attentive.The breakfast sandwiches are a joke. At $6.50 your competition crushes your price, taste, and quality. Really disappointed how Panera is turning out. Has nothing to do with your workers. I hope cooperate sees this and does something before you're the next bankruptcy on TVSEASONING. FLAVOR. QUALITY. ANYTHING PLEASE
I wish there were more vegetarian/meat free options that aren't cheese and carbs. I usually get the tuna sandwich or Mediterranean veggie and customize it with as many greens/veg as I can. Recently tried the 10 veg soup which reminded me of watery soup that you'd get at a public school cafeteria. I'll get Panera if there's a Reward/Promo code but I'd never pay full price.
I ordered through the panera app over 2 hours ago, and the meal still has not been delivered. I called the store 3 times asking about the status of my order. Finally, by the third phone call the woman told me that there was no one to deliver the meal. This should have been addressed at the time the order was placed, or at minimum on the first phone call. The woman offered to call their delivery service to ask if it could be delivered. Now that it's sat out for 2 hours, the last thing I want is that food. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
