Love that is a salad and sandwich or soap.it is always a pick me up meal.
It’s fine but it’s a chain restaurant in 2022 why are there literally no vegan options besides salad

Worst Panera Bread, EVER. Too bad it is the closest to my house. Twice a week I ask for my breakfast wrap with extra egg white. Usually they REPLACE the regular egg or do NOT ADD the extra I payed for. Today was specially awful with cold scrapes of whatever it is they call “eggs”.
Panera is very consistent. I needed to stop someplace quick to eat where I could get salad. I stopped in and used the kiosk. The order came out quick. Delicious. Store was clean
I like them a lot as they are the only one left on Buffalo to have the Honey and Walnut cream cheese. Thank you. ✌️But sometimes the service is not magic .. wrong bagel wrong cream cheese not sliced and very rude in general. But when good i always tip!
Veges were not fresh cut, pastries were so dried and when I had a bite it became a powder. Also I was there late lunch time and it wasn't that crowded but manager looking guy sat next to my table started having a meeting with loud voice wearing no mask!!I will never go back to this place!!
This morning at 8 am, the girl in a yellow mask who was toasting my bagel (because that’s all they have to do, they don’t even spread anything on it) was incredibly rude to me telling me I couldn’t stand next to the counter waiting for my food, I can’t think of a more idiotic thing to say and it was so unnecessary to speak to a paying customer that way and I tipped them. I’m never going here again. You have to make your own coffee and your own bagel, it makes no sense why they need to feel like they need to be rude to customers who are doing their work for them. Not to mention I got a flat tire in their parking lot, called to tell them and they didn’t even care.

This location have two types of area an opened and a semi private back. Which makes it even better.
