Love PF Chang’s, and it’s normally worth the drive from Toronto, Canada. This time however, I was greatly disappointed to learn that the garlic noodles have been taken off the menu. My meal was not the same. Please bring them back and give the people what they want - the best noodles ever!
1st time going here. Went with my son. Bill was a shocking $80!Good: The food was good. You could tell it was more authentic than "americanized". I ordered the Sesame Chicken entree. There was barely any fat like the fast food places or local restaurants have in their cuts of chicken. There may have been a little bit but it gave it flavor rather than globs of fat. All the workers were nice.Bad: I called ahead and was put on the "call ahead list". That put us at the front of the waiting line. Even though the restaurant barely had any patrons, we still waited 15 minutes. I could see a lot of workers not really doing much in that time. After we were seated, we gave our drink order and food order pretty quickly. Although there were only a handful of tables with customers, we still waited 30 minutes for our food (for 2 people!!). One of the tables had maybe 20 adults and children. Although they had their food and it was at the end of their visit, it seemed like all the workers attention was on them, which probably resulted in the long food wait. When I ordered, I could barely understand what the waiter said and did not realize he said it was an extra charge for fried rice with the meal (the menus are digital and has NO DETAIL AT ALL, so that was an unnecessary extra $10! The bathroom floors were disgustingly dirty. Like.....have they EVER cleaned them!? Really gross!I would eat their food again, but might just order for pick up! ?
We ordered Buddha feast with tofu and fried rice. Hardly found tofu in that . Not sure due to inflation impacting quality of food too. Food quality was so good before year or so.. hoping customer gets correct quality and quantity food for they paid for.
Came here for a dinner before a show that was downtown. The location's proximity to the highway made it easy to get to and from. Food was good and fast. The most impressive though was our server Mekal. She took the experience from a typical dinner, to one that won't be forgotten. She had a great attention to details in remembering drinks for when we needed refills and was very accommodating to fulfilling unique requests. Always checked in often to make sure we were doing alright and everything was to our liking. She knew the menu well and was able to help our party make the right meal and drink choices. I was already planning on coming back soon but now I will absolutely will, and I will definitely make sure she is our server. Can't speak highly enough of her or thank her enough.
there were only a few tables with guests but they made us wait ten minutes before seating my family. they had crayons and special kids menu. each of the laminated paper menus had different prices (even the sign outside had different prices), which made for a challenge when the bill came. we went in for lunch and were charged the dinner price. we do not eat the meat, so asked to substitute for shrimp. they added a higher amount for this and did not consider the price of chicken being saved. it was not an add-on but a religious/cultural substitution. we asked to get the kids meal first, and they came with chicken and needed to be re-done. there were lots of staff for a not busy restaurant. the server understood our billing issues as it wasn't fair to charge so much for shrimp and the fact that each menu was different. she asked a manager to assist, who thanked me for bring the errors to her attention, she said to write to PF Changs corporate office. she acknowledged that they were not culturally sensitive or accommodating. not a location i would recommend nor visit again.
We had a very disappointing experience here last night while celebrating my daughter. We came on a reservation on a Thursday night and the restaurant wasn’t very busy I’d say maybe ten tables seated at the maximum. The waitress was hard to get attention from almost the entirety of our dining experience. we put the order in for our drinks and appetizers and then our food and pretty much didn’t see her for the rest of the time. The appetizers came out and we still hadn’t even gotten our drinks. We waited probably close to 30-35 minutes for drinks. 3 out of 5 of the drinks didn’t require mixing of any kind like a cocktail would so we would’ve expected to at least had those before appetizers if not all of them. The wait for the food was pretty extensive too, my daughter was chomping on every last bite of the appetizers she could scrounge up while waiting for food. The food was good but compared to other times we had been there I wasn’t highly impressed by the quality that was given. We watched multiple people walk out just as unimpressed as we did some even walking out before ordering anything! We didn’t see our waitress but maybe once throughout our meal, no refills on beverages, my fiancé even walked up to the bar tender himself to get another beverage after waiting for our waitress to notice or even come back for him to ask for another. Then we waited again probably another 20-30 minutes after being done eating and we had to ask our waitress if we could have boxes and the check because she had walked by us multiple times without saying or even looking in our direction to see if we were ready to go. On top of the horrible dining experience the cleanliness of the place was a little appalling, when walking out of the bathroom my shoes were sticking to the floor and likewise all over the carpet we were all sticking to the carpet itself. The tiny little chair had to be yanked from the floor to push it into the table as it was so sticky and stuck to the ground. After realizing this when walking out looking at the carpet you could visibly see the amount gunk that was built up on the floors causing our feet to stick. We will not be returning to this location.
it was a terrible experience for my husband Birthday the food was lousy. the fried rice taste like mush. The waiter was kind. 4 out of 7 sent there food back. My husband ate some of his because he was hungry and doesn't complain. He normally finishes his food but he got a to go container. All are plates came out at different times. We was over billed he had to correct it twice. My friend felt bad for referring us it was our first time. His pepper steak was to spicy he didn't complain because he had to go to work. We definitely won't be returning
Mekal at the Buffalo restaurant was the most amazing waitress. She was personable and made sure our orders were timely and exactly what we ordered. I will definitely be back and asking for her as our server every time. Oh and we loved her London accent. Hopefully she stays with this location.
Incredible Mother’s Day dinner!!! Our server Mekal was absolutely the sweetest most efficient waitress ever. She suggested drinks (major hit) and explained different combinations for our entrees. She doted on us and was ever present while also attending her other tables. She’ll be my go to here on out. Thank you P.F. Chang’s! ???
The restaurant was NOT packed or overly busy, however, our food took an extremely long time, people who were seated after us got their food before us. Service was also extremely slow. Ordered chicken pad Thai, and there was no chicken in it...and there was a lot of tofu in it. The overall temperature of the restaurant was very warm, we were overheating and my kids were running out of patience. We would not eat there again.
