Awesome Italian food!! So very authentic and flavorful! The bread was soft and warm, Chicken parmigiana, ziti and lasagna!!! Huge portions too! 4 stars because they ran out of Italian bread, salad was mainly iceberg, although homemade bread crumbs were great! Oh, and played rock music. We would have liked some more traditional music to fit the traditional theme we were looking for. They did have a nice lil sports bar as well. There was a party area upstairs too! Would go back for sure!
I had placed a to go order, and they charged me for the wrong order, then refused to give a receipt for the refund. Once that got resolved, I took my food home, only to find that the chicken marsala was 90% grease. Not just a greasy sauce, but pure grease. It had good flavor, but was in edible due to the grease sitting on the top of it. The roast beef on Weck was dry, and the bun was soaked through. Cannot had so many issues and been waiting for over 15 minutes, it may have potentially been better. Will definitely not be ordering again.
Very much a lack of guest care. A lot of dumping abd shuffling of disshes by our booth. Our food was pu on another table before being delivered to us. Walking it across and through other guest seated tablesIt wasn't very hot. The lasagna was the worse ever. It looked like a pool of sauce with a layer of noodles, sliced meatballs a scoop of melted cheese ( yes it was all in one place).The waitress wasn't aware that the Grandma did even touch it. Never asked if there might be a problem.Mother get embarrassed easily , so we had to make do.We had also seen a different menu on line. Choices we hoped to have. Not on the oversized we were delivered.Not a good experience..
The food is plentiful and good. The servers efficient and friendly and the patio is welcome
Prompt and courteous service, especially in the busy barroom on a Good Friday. The bartender juggled her tasks seamlessly and was pleasant to all. Oh and the fish fry was served in a timely manner and was delicious!
Amazing food, excellent service and very affordable prices. Fed a family of 6 for under $100. I can't say enough about the pasta dishes but during Lent for all you Catholics it's the best place for a fish fry.
Ottos been out for a long time, i remember they had stag parties and showers there they had a private room upstairs. Also they always had good variety of foods.
Excellent service and really good home cooked meals. Met friend for holiday lunch; we had a great time and a super meal. Friend had broiled fish. Looked awesome. She enjoyed it! I had bacon cheeseburger with fries. I could not finish; it was huge. A super choice!
Great local restaurant. Good food. Cold beer. Fair prices. Service is great too. Especially Juliana at the bar.
Owner was very unprofessional when we asked about a cook that use to work there. He got very nasty. If something happens in work it needs to stay in work, don't lash out on customers.
