The food is okay but for the past month or so they've been going down hill. I'm sure they are super busy and get a lot of orders but even when the one lady answers the phone it doesn't sound like she's even listening truth be told. They've messed up my orders 3 times in a row over the past month. They use to be sharp with their customer service, the one guy who answers the phone sounds like he really cares about the customers and I give him credit for the hard work they go through it's probably hard to stay positive in a hot environment with constant calls.. It would be nice if the lady actually listened to orders even if it's just 2 simple things. Come on Niagra deli, this use to be my go to spot but if it's gonna go like this from now on I might have to find other spots to eat. I really enjoy the food when it's correctly made, hope the person answering the phone takes it serious for loyal customers and hopefully they can get back on track. But it's been 3 orders over the last month now they've messed up... I have respect for you guys, hope it gets figured out.
Blonde cashier is super rude, ignores your presence until she’s finished gossiping with her coworkers & charges card prices even if you’re paying cash
Called to order food from the menu on line and it's so out dated. What should have been a $45 order they said it was $75. They need to update the website. Won't order from them again.
Great little corner store to grab a bite to eat little busy at times but still a great experience overall owner is fantastic always takes care of his customers and willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy
The Steak and cheese Sub taste just Like a real Cheese steak from Philadelphia unlike anywhere else in Upstate New York that claims their Philly cheese steak is good their Fried onions were perfect the whole sandwich was perfect will be back again

They are a rip off make sure you check your card before and after you purchase anything they will tell you one price then change it up and over charge you expecting you not to notice the difference then when you try to dispute the problem they make excuses of why they can't show you the camera and refund you your money constantly robbing there customers blind just look at how the recipes are displayed therrs no beginning balance and no end balance
Very nice staff, always friendly, kind, courteous to me. Food is always delicious.
Everytime the office orders from here, I swear I won't go back! This time my chicken sandwich and roll were burnt, didn't even taste like chicken. Shame on me for going back.
