Food was good, the music is nice they have a nice subwoofer in side the restaurant. I would recommend bringing a group of people for a better experience.
The Bartender John was very personable. The brussel sprouts are a must order appetizer. I also recommend the Balsamic Chicken W/ Arugula and the chopped Buffalo chicken salad. All great dishes. The atmosphere at this place was very laid back and relaxing they had all the doors open to the patio and it was an awesome night.
My husband and I tried Neat for the first time and we had an amazing time. Our server, Lyndsay, was the best! We will be requesting her on our next visit. We both got the Wood Fire NY Strip and it was perfection.
Amazing food and drinks! Emma was great, she checked on us consistently and made sure that we had everything we needed.
Our server Ellie was great. Food was good. Two things were very disappointing and will be the reason for no further visits. First, it was stated on our reservation that one of our members had a mobility issue( she needs a Walker to assist her movement). No accommodation was made and there was no place to put the Walker. In addition, when she was trying to enter the restaurant, she struggled with the heavy door in the wind and 3 staff members at the check in desk completely ignored her. Secondly , we asked for separate checks and were politely told by our server that management would not let her do that. Unacceptable! Many other fine restaurants in WNY have NO problem issuing separate checks. Sorry Neat but that is not a good business model.
Was in town just for 2 nights and met up with family for a scrumptious dinner. We ordered the crispy brussel sprouts with balsmic glaze, beet & goat cheese salad and spicy sausage & honey pizza. Everything came out quickly and was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant.
The atmosphere is fun, food is delicious and service was amazing. We are from Canada visiting family in Buffalo and saw this restaurant. We went there on a Saturday night without a reservation (our fault) , we waited approximately 1 hour but man was it worth it! I will definitely make the trip back to this place.
Came in on a Friday evening. Place was packed - inside and outside but everything was so organized. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts appetizer and the woodfire steak entree with truffle fries. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our server, Jenna S, was very attentive and friendly. The manager, Brian, also came over and checked up on us as well. Overall excellent experience.
Place is amazing. Food is great, atmosphere is always relaxed whiskey is awesome!
Service was great. We were not 100% happy with one of the dinners we ordered, not that it was bad, just wasn’t what we expected. The waitress immediately offered to put a different order in. The manager came by and told us he took the first order off the bill and even gave us a gift card for the trouble. It wasn’t even that they did anything wrong. This type of service is commendable. Atmosphere, food and drinks are top notch. We will be back.
