The first place we stop after our 8 hour drive to Buffalo! We haven’t been able to sit inside in the past couple of years (due to Covid and lack of staff), so we were pleasantly surprised when we could dine in today!Pleasant staff, yummy tacos, cold beer (limited selection but still good!), and clean bathrooms. Thanks for being a great, quick lunch spot for us!
Terrible, the only good thing here was the young man that had our order ready as quick as the receipt printed. Keep up the good work.Elaborate you ask? well my wife and I ordered the super mighty hers no lettuce and mine no tomatoes. hers had lettuce and mine had tomatoes. also asked for mild sauce on the side and instead got HOT sauce on it. really we could have dealt with that since nobody's perfect but when we simultaneously took a bite and looked at each other in shock that the meat was freezing cold I had to give you a review. my wife also asked for extra ice in her soft drink and there was barely any ice at all in her cup. This is constructive criticism nothing personal at all. Thank you for your understanding. I changed to 3 stars because I appreciate that you seem sincerely concerned about your customers and i think that is very Noble.
So my star rating is basically because of management. I could tell the girl on the headset was new so that's completely fine but when I told them I wanted 2 mightys instead of the 2 super mightys I rung up for and instead of giving me a refund he told me to just keep the super mightys and throw out what I didn't want and because I used to work for mighty I know he did the wrong thing instead of just giving me a refund
Love Might Taco! We're from Rochester but I used to live in Buffalo and miss Mighty Taco. We had it briefly in Rochester but not anymore. The food was awesome! I got the Garden Burrito. It was delicious. Perfect if your vegan. No meat just beans and veggies. I made it a combo which included a drink and chips and cheese. Will definitely be back when in town!
I am a road warrior and happy to find a place like this where I’ve eaten before and thoroughly enjoyed the food. A nice space to their hot sauce their salsa has a lot of vegetables. The salad was made with very fresh vegetables.And a big thank you to the shift manager and his team as they did an admirable job during a very busy time with not enough staff.BravoCap’n Dave
Really disappointed. Different chips, cheese and no more empenadas. Their cherry hand pies have bioengineered food product in them. No thank you!!
It took 24 minutes to get through the drive thru of only 3 cars to get cold food and poor service from the woman working the drive thru. Find a different mighty taco!
I went to this location on Wednesday Feb.23 at 5:00 PM. Ordered a large chicken fajita and no sour cream.. It came full of sour cream. I also ordered two Beef, Bean and Cheese Burritos mild with no sour cream. The receipt said bean and cheese Burritos. I corrected that before they made them. I got two Burritos all beef loaded with sour cream and no beans or cheese.They had marked the receipt Lg sour cream. I ordered two Apple Empinadas and at the window after paying they said they were out of Apple Empinadas and would I take two cookies instead.I understand they have a turn over of people but at least train the person taking the orders to PAY ATTENTION and question if they aren't sure.This was my regular Mighty Taco but no more until they get their stuff together. they should put as seasoned person on the order taking and let the new people put the food together following correct instructions.This trip was money down the drain.
I go here when I'm Buffalo and I LOVE this place. Wish they hadn't closed in Rochester. I love there food! Much better than taco bell.
It seems the food formula changed. I don't recall super mighty being so sweet. Also, they forgot my water with our order, tried to enter the store, but they were limited to drive thru only at 6pm. The line was out to Wherle, was to long to wait for a dang water. ?
