This has to be the slowest McDonald's in all of Western New York. The service is absolutely terrible I had to repeat myself three times before another employee got on the drive-thru microphone. McDonald's should pay people more so they get more competent employees. You raise your prices but your service Lacks. If you're in the area try a different McDonald's or Burger King.
Hello it’s your friendly neighborhood nurse! I picked up a job in Buffalo for the summer and needed to find a decent cheap place to eat food after my 12 hour shift. McDonald’s is really the only fast food I eat these days as I’ve given up on the other chains, and I found this one close to the hospital I work at. I typically don’t review McDonald’s but I had to review this one as it has made the most consistently good and fresh menu items I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s before. Seriously, the McGriddle I had was so good and freshly cooked that I almost turned around to get another one. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m excited to go to work just to get food here after my shift is over. If you guys want to experience how McDonald’s menu items are supposed to taste like, get something here and the difference will blow you away.
I maintain a strictly low carb diet and McDonald’s is my go to in a pinch. We’ve all been to McDonald’s and know what to expect but this one is particularly excellent. I ordered a big breakfast just bacon and eggs. The eggs looked amazing. You can tell they had been just cooked. The sausage and bacon were delicious. They are very accommodating as I realize my ordering with no carbs is pretty obnoxious.
Ordered uber eats was delicious. Whoever made my caramel frappe. I hope you get absolutely EVERYTHING you want in life.
This is a good location. They're fast and they don't mess up your order and let's be honest here, McDonald's is delicious.
McDonalds is our go to fast food joint when were rushing around and have to get a quick bite to eat. Always great when they get our order right !

Order to Shamrock Shakes and a chocolate. After 8 pm. I got them very quickly. Don't believe the mess some McDonald's ice cream and Shake machines do work when they're supposed to. I know this one always does!
Well first my total went from 8 something on the screen to 14 something. I got the wrong shake, the buns were dried and hard on the edges. I saw them all goofing off when I pulled up.Then asked for salt and ketchup, I got no ketchup and pepper.. So deserving not 15+ an hour.Maybe spend more time working and not playing , IDK?????♂️
