It was my first time trying out this place as I heard they had nice bubble tea. I was so excited! I came in and loved the décor. I ordered bubble tea and French fries. When my fries were done, they were placed on a counter from where you grab the straws and other related items. Being my first time, I didn’t know any better and I grabbed the item I purchased from a counter. An employee saw and ripped the tray of the French fries out of my hand and angrily told me not to do that as I grabbed it from the wrong counter. She then realized that it was mine and gave it back to me. I wish that I was told of this rule in a more polite manner and was treated with kindness. This is why I deducted two stars. The food was good and I will try again in the future. Customer service skills need to be improved upon. This encounter happened on 3/17/2022 in the afternoon.
It’s dinner time and the store sells drinks only; they used to offer meals.
Price is aite. I still don't know why this location doesn't have milk cap as a topping. Taking out Hainanese chicken from the food menu is a big L for them cuz it is prob the best seller as I see lots of ppl get it.
Never went there before just went there and they closed at 6:15 even though the door said 9 and online it said open til 8pm! Absolutely ridiculous! Will never go back to try the tea I drove 25 minutes!

Winter Melon Tea is to die for. They have surprisingly good Katsu chicken, Minced pork rice and Popcorn chicken!
Ordered food with the apps. On the receipt, it showed #86, so when they called #86, I went to pick up my food. Then we realized the food is not what we ordered, so we got back and asked them about it. The server gave us a very annoying and impatient face, saying that “this is not your order” “did you open it?”...
Love their drinks, staff was really friendly, the Hainanese chicken was delicious.
They are super slow today. I have been waiting for my order over 45mins and not having it yet
