Every single time we go here we are missing something. When we order a specific BurritoAnd never comes out right. We oder popcorn chicken. We got the bottom of the bag. There is pieces that are hard and small. Not popcorn chicken. I ordered a new chicken too wrap. Their out. I ordered yesterday a meal.they don't have cups and no sauce. This store is going hell..
Worst ever!!!KFC Abbott Rd., Buffalo, NYPlaced the order through their mobile app and the five piece chicken tender box meal was missing both of the sides and the dipping sauces as well as the à la cart items were cold and blah tasting.The best part is they wouldn’t answer the phone for the entire hour and a half I tried to call after … so I guess they don’t take more orders as well. I hope the owner and headquarters knows about this location.I will forever speak poorly about KFC because of this location.
This location is lacking in many ways. Their drink selection for sugar free options is horrible. Food is always missing from our order,or they don't have any. Only location I've ever been to an been told they have no chicken. How is that possible? Last visit we seen large rats running around. Needless to say we haven't and won't be back.

I honestly don't know why I ate this trash. I was hangry and it was in my path. Was charged for the wrong thing, but that was remedied pretty easily. No real complaints, but I know better.
Had taco Bell from here for lunch on Tuesday and it was the best good I've gotten from there in so long! The tacos were jam packed with everything and we're DELICIOUS!
KFC is good for a quick lunch as long as you're not there for the drive-through at the usual lunch hour. The food is the usual KFC quality.
GIANT pothole in the drivethru is actually a portal to the depths of hell so be careful. ....other than that KFC has never done me wrong...love me some fried chicken.
I ordered a 3 piece meal through Uber eats with this Kentucky Fried Chicken they sent me a piece of bit off chicken and a chicken tender that was broken in 3 pieces that was utterly disgusting and very old. When I call the restaurant they we're very rude and Disconcerned with the order they sent, The lack of concern with the food being bit off of an it being covid it's very concerning and alarming for me about this restaurant I don't suggest that anyone eats or orders from here unless you want to be subjected to getting covid from some of the employees that are biting off the food and sending it out........ Disgusting is all I can say.
Disorganized with mobile pick up. My food wasn’t there then they accused me of stealing it. If I stole my own food I wouldn’t be looking for it.
