Horrible service the lady at the window needs some home training . Couldn’t even get our order right , she was rude as hell !!!
We only have chicken. If so at the window why ask if there's anything else? Makes zero sense
Each visit gets worse and worse. Today was the last straw. 8 piece meal and you wait until I pay to say no breast available. Then I get home to 7 pieces in bucket. Not even worth the trip back.Bye KFC
After I went to him about an hour before closing time, it turned out that the shop is closed and works on takeout only, why ?? I am sad for that
Went today ordered 2 12 piece dinners almost 80 bucks the chicken was soggy the biscuits were so dry they actually crumbled into crumbs I mean almost $80 and the food was horrible never before have I ever experienced such a thing I mean 80 bucks is a lot of money to spend for some chicken but usually it's good no the worst I would have taken it back but we can about 5 miles to go to this KFC wish they would make it right but I don't think that will happen
Went here @ 730pm pulled up to the drive thru & the lady says I'm sold out. They literally didn't have anything not even ice like how yall dont have any food not even coleslaw nothing. Business or @ home always make sure u have food
Very unprofessional and used vulgar language throughout my stay and order. This establishment needs to be closed. Effective immediately and no one cleans.
I KFC on Delvan and Grider...I'll admit it's a guilty pleasure of mine from time to time. However, I really wish they would repair their parking lot and entrance. I have damaged my car several times driving up and out their parking lot...it's a disservice to the community as well as it is to customers. PLEASE FIX YOUR PARKING LOT!
their delivery is usually fantastic, but the drive-thru was not as great. it was like 3:45pm, they had no breasts. and I got the deal which includes 4 cookies, but they didn't include the cookies! ?the stuff we did get was good, as usual, tho.
This is something that needs to be seen by management and the KFC franchise. I was inside ordering and their was someone sitting and waiting in the lobby. After I placed my order he told the cashier that he was there for a scheduled interview. The cashier told him they are not hiring, he then showed her confirmation on his phone of his interview and she replied “your phone may say one thing but we’re not hiring” …. This kid was well dressed and showed up to a scheduled interview just to be turned away.
