I ate here over the summer. Curry goat was great. The Jerk chicken was horrible smothered in ketchup, no pepper..not jerk at all. It being summer time and all, you would think that they would have put the jerk chicken on the Charcoal grill. It was not even good oven baked jerk chicken. It was baked and smothered in ketchup. I was highly disappointed. Not sure it it was just a bad day. The service was great, wait time wasn't bad. I would eat here again just no more jerk chicken.
Absolutely wonderful Caribbean food. I tried a couple different things on the menu and each one had unique flavors and tasted freshly prepared. I tried the jerk chicken, the jerk pork, and the curry chicken . Portion sizes were generous to the price and I can't wait to go back.
Best Restaurant that I have came in contact with in wny. The Food is a blessing!!!!! Clean, fresh and fast service.
Amazing oxtail, beef patties...the best Jamaican food in town. Delivery now exclusively on Uber Eats!
I ordered the Jerk chicken and oxtail combo. The chicken was tender but that's all the positive I can say. For 25 dollars I expected more authentic flavor. the oxtail was mostly fat and the jerk sauce was barely used. Worst of all the rice was unedited and mush.
love there food
One of my favorite Caribbean places for sure. Definitely try the jerk chicken, pork and pepper beef. The portion size is great and a complete value for money. The food is so delicious and tastes home cooked. Every time I visit Buffalo I always get food from here. A must try!
Had a beef pattie with coco bread not sure if its homemade but it was pretty decent. The coco bread was FRESH. Jerk chicken was good according to my bf.
So I'm from Brooklyn and in Flatbush we just have a strip of carribean resturantans. Jamaican, Trini, etc. The food wasn't the worse but I've had better. The spicy beef pattie w coco bread was good. The curry chicken I give it a 6/10. The rice lacked flavor and the plantains weren't sweet enough. Not bad for Buffalo but not what I'm used to.
Ordered 5 dinners for family. Two goat, one curried chicken, one jerk chicken/pork combo, one oxtail. Plus some meat pies. Huge portions. All delicious. Probably the best jerk I’ve had since stopping at a small street stand in Toronto over 10 years ago. One meal can easily feed two people. Highly recommended.
