Used to be one of my favorite sandwich shops but the past few times we’ve gone our order has been wrong or just disgusting. Ordered Sweet Baby James like I always do it has large chunks of onion, it had regular avocado instead of a fried avocado and was over seasoned. Only got barely a handful of the house chips in both meals. Too expensive for a skimpy meal.

This place is amazing!!!! Pics are of: I Love Lucy, Frank Stallone and The Cutlet. Meatball beans and greens with artichoke and Pasta and carrots. Clam chowder

Absolutely worst pastrami sandwich ever. Low grade pastrami and the slices were very thick. One bite threw the rest away!!

Great food! I had their build a sandwich, sourdough bread with Turkey, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo with fries. The only down side is the lack of seating.

I’m not one to complain or even leave a review but I was disappointed last Sunday when I picked up my order at Joes Deli in Oishei Childrens Hospital. I ordered the Rachel Ann and my bread was burnt. I’m a nurse and I had a busy assignment that day so I couldn’t take it back and wait for them to make me another one. I was starving so, I ate it anyway. I know we all make mistakes but in the future I’d appreciate it if from now on that if you burn something throw it out and start over. Don’t give a burnt sandwich to a customer.

I Orderd I love Lucy portion was real small got maybe 1 piece of bacon chopped up in pieces. Wife got a Cuban portions was small as well

I am beyond thrilled and so excited to have stumbled across this little Deli at Oshei Children's Hospital while there for over a week with my son, who needed emergency orthopedic surgery. We were so sick and tired of Tim Horton's food and another parent told me about this Deli on the 2nd floor... I'm so glad that I decided to check it out!

I should have listened to all the bad reviews about the hertel location. I ordered a 534 Elmwood but decided to switch the bread to rye. I got a sandwich with meat and cheese, a little bit of slaw and a ton of bbq. The bread wasn’t toasted so the whole thing was a soggy sloppy mess. Instead of house made chips, I got a bag of lays. I brought it back in and the worker argued with me instead of apologizing. Told me I probably could not see the onions and that I needed to specifically ask for house made chips. I get that the sandwich is normally on a hard roll but with the change in bread you would think someone would think to toast it and not offer me a sloppy mess. All you could taste was bbq sauce. They just squirted a mess of it on there. An apology would have went a long way. I really did not appreciate being pulled aside and argued with.

Sandwiches were good. The pastrami was cooked well and hot. The bread did not hold up well. Wasn't worth the 11.50 price. Served with chips which looked home made and very good. But NO pickle!! Service not great!! Not worth a tripback

One of the best reuben’s I can recall having. Wife had a Big Mike wrap and we shared a The Body as well. All of them were top notch. 100% will be ordering from here again!
