Food is great however the workers were blasting music inside the whole time. Everytime we would try to order something it was met with "what?" For like 3 times before I had to shout. When we got our food lots of items were missing like mushrooms and lettuce etc. Probably because the music was so loud and they couldn't hear it. "What??"... "Whats was the??" Turn the music down when people come in jeeze
Always great customer service and they have always been consistent with my orders! Food is done in record time and always fresh.
January 2022: I forfeited lunch and saved space for dinner--the coveted Jim's Steak out hoagie that is a must have for visitors to Buffalo, NY. I ordered the frenchy with steak meat and everything on it.Pros:* Good food on corporate dime...I can expense this meal.* Friendly staffCons:* The hoagie was tasty, but looked a bit "thrown together" or rushed. The presentation could be better.* The loganberry juice was watered down.
Honestly so disappointed. There was literally barley any cheese on my poutines.... My sandwich was not really good truth be told.... And I actually pulled a few what looked like tiny little burn pieces of something out of my sauce when they sent me dips that I got.... My taco in the bag was honestly not good either... Not the first time they messed up my order recently and idk this time pretty much did it for me. I personally will not get this anymore. Kind of upset I spent money on this stuff when there are so many better options out there
I used to love this location. I live near another one but still come here but was disappointed tonight 11/22 around 10pm.. ordered poutine fries and literally they threw just a few fries in the box. Never expected this from them.
The steak subs are awesome tried it 3 months ago for the first time been there about 15 times since they're the best steak subs I've ever tasted in this area I drive from Rochester just for these steak subs
Never did a write a review but this made me write one. First of all they got the whole different sub wrong and then when I decide I’m just gonna eat it regardless I found this ! Which I didn’t know what it was at first but taking a closer look is a disgusting black old onion…. Honestly stay away
OMG so much food and so good. I got the Hoagie Deluxe Bomber and the Mac and Cheese Bites. Everything was so delicious and very reasonably priced. Who doesn't love a good Philly cheesesteak?!

Depending on which location you visit service can rate from good to average some locations still have tip jars if your server sees you drop change in a tip jar they are more likely to be pleasant I do not prescribed to this method because I think that as a franchise they should act Pleasant all the time I recently just started eating there again before covid I visited a location and while I was waiting the cook accidentally dropped what are the meat spachelor and without hesitation picked it up and continue cooking since I've have returned they have made improvements they no longer offer a Jim's reward card it is now directly connected to your email and credit card..................If you appreciate my review please like and share with others
