I don’t do reviews much but I had a great experience at this location. Employees were awesome. One of them vibed with me for having the same name lol. And she even chased me out the door while I was getting in my car to offer me a carrying tray for my drinks. She musta seen me struggling on the way out lol. So that was really kind of her to go out of her way to do. She also helped guide me to the drinks since it was kinda tucked away and hidden. Never been in there before so I didn’t see them. All around good service, good people! Oh and since I see the owner does this, put in a good word for the woman with the last name “Taylor”.

Actually my first visit. Menu is easy to read and meals are freshly served hot. A bit pricey, but they taste great, which makes it worthwhile.

I'm 80% sure they gave me an old sub. Very cold and wilted. To the replying owner: are you under the impression that I kept the receipt for a sub for the last week? The date of the review was the date of the order. I'll never be back.

Jim's has some of the best tasting chicken fingers in the area. There was a long wait to get my food due to half of my order not being made. Chalked it up to Jim's being short staffed. Will definitely be going back.

The sandwiches were loaded and delicious. Their customer service was effective and quick. I’m glad me and the crew chose this location to have lunch.

Had a great experience. Since I’m from Buffalo, but was visiting home and live out of town, I really wanted a chicken finger sub.Alexander waited on me and couldn’t have been more kind. He’s clearly proud of working and of where he works. He really helped me ordering just what I wanted in terms of the sub.I know it sounds like it’s a simple thing, but you can really tell when somebody goes out of their way to explain the sub and informed me that if I did something different I could literally get the sub for less money, because there was a similar “sub of the month.”So, I got the “sub of the month!”Alexander made me feel important as a customer. He didn’t just checked the box and throw me a sub.Oh, and the sub was extremely good!

So I went there yesterday. Placed my order ahead of time via phone call. Which apparently your phone is in bad shape according to your staff. I told the guy specifically 3 times what I wanted and the order still was somehow wrong. Ham full sub no toasted provolone cheese extra lettuce extra Mayo nothing else. The most basic sub you could come up with. I get there the sub is now not only toasted but it has onions in it. So I bring it up to them and I explain it to them what I wanted specifically once again. They then remake me a new sub. When I opened it everything was right with the exception of the fact that now it had tomatoes in it which I then hand to pick out. Even though I specifically said nothing else than what I said. Then my dad who was with me also their ordered a taco sub and french fries and he had to wait 20 minutes and then went up there and that they still hadn’t made it and he had to show the order even though he ordered right in front of them. Very disappointed the staff seemed very unorganized. This is the first time I seen it this disoriented getting order wrong like this. You should be trying to help out your staff before even thinking about expanding to a bigger building.

Great food and great service

Thanks for the undercooked fries! No jimmy on the menu. And you want to expand!? I understand the staff shortage I’m willing to wait for good food. You messed up, I was patient until I got home and see the mess. 40.00 worth of food the fries was first, how hard is this? Thanks for ruining my dinner after working 12 hours myself

I’ve ordered twice now through Uber eats and apparently nobody knows how to read instructions. I ordered a 12” Jefferson with NO STEAKSAUCE and that’s literally all it’s smothered in. I asked for Mayo and extra cheese and there’s neither. Didn’t come with onions either. Won’t be ordering again.
