My partner and I came close to what could have been a busy lunch hour... There were a decent number of guests seated and there was a little bit of a wait to be seated at a booth... Right near the restrooms ?. I ordered iced tea which apparently had to be made after I requested it but it was made.... WITHOUT ICE! We waited a few minutes before having to flag our server down to request ice. My partner and I obviously ordered our food at the same time but somehow the line cooks "forgot" to make my order for the lemon blueberry crepes. So the food took far longer to come out than it should have. When it did, my partner's burger toppings fell right out of the bun and it was unseasoned and assembled poorly. When my crepes finally were made, they came to the table not made the way they should have been, with the filling inside but simply folded crepes with the filling splattered on top of them lazily with minimal effort put into the dish. If we hadn't been so hungry and on a sort of time crunch, we both would have sent our dishes back. Very disappointing meal and service.
I use to love ihop years ago. Came today to have the worst experience of my life. We waited a half hour to be seated. Then another 40 minutes sitting at the table waiting for food to come out. It was not busy but I understand the short staffed issue. But it didn’t seem like that was the issue. Our server wasn’t the issue. But in general the atmosphere and quality was lacking.Starting with the drinks-cups were filthy, there was a dark brown floaty in my water along with some white looking floaters.Food came out and was just a mess. Looked awful. Didn’t taste great. Definitely nothing better than food you can make at home.Then we got plastic silverware because they didn’t have metal silverware clean. Which honestly the plastic was probably cleaner than anything else in that place.Again our server (Jayron) was great and he helped us out and seemed to care about us. Which was really nice. But the management here is lacking and the cleanliness of this location needs some serious help. We won’t be back. Ever.

We waited roughly 1 hour for our table's order. 3/7 people received the wrong food; I am not as upset with the waitress as I am the management and cooks. (The waitress remained very polite during the entirety of our wait). On top of the wait and wrong orders, my toast was too brittle to eat, and my eggs had a hair in them. I understand businesses are short-staffed because people are unwilling to work, but this place was not packed by any means.
The food was nothing exciting. The eggs were tasteless and the portions of the bacon and sausages is to laugh at. The only thing that was decent was the server Liz. She was pleasant and helpful, otherwise I would have given 1 star. Do not recommend. Make sure to follow me!!
Terrible experience, WORST ihop I've ever been to.Came around noon and waited for 40 minutes until out food was served. The omelette had cold un-melted cheese on top. Omelette was only half filled and missing the avocado as menu indicates. Asked for what happened with avocado only to receive a slice of avocado on the side rather than getting the omelette made right.Pancake came without syrup, asked for syrup and the waitress only brought the old fashioned one. Had to ask for strawberry and blueberry syrup.Fried steak came without gravy. Had to ask for gravy only to receive a cup of cold weird stuff that's hardly gravy like.Worse still, waitress never came back after serving out food. I had to walk over to the counter to beg for more water.Horrible experience, will never be back again.
Most of the staff did not seem to want to even be there. Shortly after walking in and before being seated, we were even told that they thought the manager was going to close down for the day because they got a little busy for lunch. There was one group of about 7 people seated when we arrived at 1 pm, with a group of three people waiting to be seated before us. It took 20 minutes to get seated, another 15 minutes for someone to take our order. We did not feel entirely welcome or even wanted during the entire experience.
Pleasant enough. Food decent but unremarkable. Service was good enough to get by. Prices acceptable. Probably won't go out of my way to eat there again, but won't avoid it if, say, people from work wanted to go.
Had the French toast w/ strawberry and banana strawberry was just mush orange juice gave me the runs my son had Mexican pancakes he said he did not like them .. he’s not picky, my daughter bacon was partially cooked by the time the waitress came back we were done also ordering fries for my grandkids the came the same time as the bacon ….. NEVERMIND !!!
The wait for the drinks was 30 minutes, the wait for the food was 1 hour and a half. I had walked out the last time I came because almost 2 hours in and no food, this time I decided to try again, well, I shouldn't have, I understand they were short staff but if I have to wait this long I should at least get good food but.. it wasn't, the food was burnt and the condiments and silverware??... dirty, i wish i wouldve taken a picture of it but I think I'm done with ihop It use to be my every weekend spot, but I'm going to search for a new place....
