As a boba connoisseur I had to give Icha a try while I was visiting from Phoenix. The service was lovely and my jasmine milk tea was refreshing and yummy! Worth a visit! :)
Love the Lychee Yakult, my go to when going there. Service is a bit slow due to the lack of workers.
Super disappointing after I waited well over an hour. False advertising. Drinks look nowhere near what they're supposed to be. Charge for "Bubble tea" yet I get just a glass of milk.
One of the most inefficient places I’ve ever ordered from. There were only three people in line before me but I’ve been waiting close to 20 minutes for one drink. They have one person at the counter and one making drinks but I have no idea why it’s taking so long. The person making drinks has been walking around the back area but not actually making anything. The service is way too slow for this to be worth it.

I got a taro milk tea with cheese cream and yogurt boba, definitely one of the best drinks I've ever had!
The mango latte bubble tea is probably the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Try it with 30%
I JUST TRIED THIS PLACE LIKE 5 MINUTES AGO AND THE TWO LOVELY PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE SO NICE!! it was a boy and a girl!! i asked them about their crystal boba (cuz i’ve never had it) and they let me try some in green milk tea and they were very friendly!!! :] i got a peach tea (30% sweet) with tapioca pearls and the crystal boba!!! my little brother got a mango slush with passion fruit boba!!! he really liked his :D i think next time i’ll get 0% sweetness cuz i’m definitely coming back(i don’t like sweet)!!! but i think the 30% is not overly sweet and is a good level if you want to still taste the tea!! :D i really recommend this place!!!! it deserves 5 stars i think. also the decor looks like it would be a really adorable place if it weren’t covid times and you could sit down!! anyways cant wait to try more off their menu!! 12/10 recommend!!! i plan on making it one of my go-tos!!!
‼️Currently there’s no dining in ‼️Drinks taste good, but make sure to ask for 50% sugar (or less), otherwise they are extremely sweet.I had a Taro latte and my boyfriend had Strawberry tea. Both very sweet, but we agreed that the fruity tea was our favorite. We also ordered a waffle, which wasn’t really that special.I’d probably be a bit more happy with my visit if I could have a full experience of dining inside the cafe and not having to sit outside in a chilly weather.
Terrible place. Ordered a mango milk with cream foam it is just mango powder mixed with watery milk. Asked for 50% sugar and it tasted like plain sugar water. Disgusting! Waste of money!
