Charge you what they want. Make you take things you did not order. Very bad service
I ordered chicken and broccoli and it didn’t taste good at all. It tasted very unusual, it never tastes like that. I called and asked for a replacement and told her that the food tasted funny. At first she tried to tell me that I never ordered, so I had to explain everything that came with the order. I ensured her that all the other food was good. She yelled at me and asked what was the problem and when I told her, she told me that it was the same cook, same sauce, same everything! And she was being very rude about it and did not solve my problem. I just wasted my time and money. Not to mention the man who answered the phone when I originally ordered was being very mean because he wasn’t understanding what I wanted.
I just call for a simple question and they hung up really rudely! for no reason just for a simple question, i hope they dont do something to my food because if they do it's on and Poppin,they need to learn how to treat a costumer right.
The worst Shrimp fried rice , Spent $ 49 had 1 large and small fried rice delivered to Marriott hotel on Saturday the March19th at 930 pm. Awful fried rice boiled shrimp and plain yellow rice with nothing else , The guy who got the order very rude too. I requested for spicy but none . They delivered without fork and spoon . I called the Restaurant upon delivery they never answered the call.
Couldn't answer the phone for delivery but the one time they did I was left on call with no one talking
Food was great! Tasted like the food I had at another Chinese restaurant.
I love their food and they are reasonably priced

Terrible customer service. Got attitude while taking order and they will charge you extra 25 or 50cents for food.
