I ordered online for pickup take out. Food was delicious, as always, but when I got back to my desk, I realized the avocado that I paid extra for was missing. I called the store to let them know and the girl who answered laughed and said “so you want me to refund you the $1.50? You’ll have to wait, it’s lunch rush hour so I’ll get to it later.” Somewhat disappointing response seeing that these are $15+ meals and when I pay extra for something that is clearly listed on my online order and the printed receipt attached to my bowl and it is not in my bowl, I would expect better customer service for their mistake. I’ll still come back because I love the food, I just hope the response is better towards the next person who pays extra for toppings and doesn’t get them.And of course the refund was never processed. Disappointing experience all around.
Food was fresh and delicious! The portion sizes are generous, so I was able to split a bowl with someone. I highly recommend the ahi tuna nachos if you're looking for a sharable appetizer with friends. All the staff are friendly and helpful, as well. Overall excellent choice for a light and fresh meal right in downtown Buffalo!

I had the Hawaii 5-0. It was good but tuna was small and very limited. For $16+ I would expect more.
The food here is sooo delicious! The service was also on point. Definitely worth a visit if you’re thinking about it, do it!! Get the lobster roll! ?
Ordered the hot steak bowl. Beef was cooked just right with the most delicious and fresh toppings. Opted for sriracha instead of spicy mayo.I really enjoyed my bowl and can’t wait to try this place in person.Very delicious.
I have never had a bad experience at Fresh Catch.Consistency: I am a creature of habit. I order the same bowl each time (sometimes with different modifications). It is the same each time, and it’s always delicious, and so fresh.Quality: you can tell that it’s very important to the owner that the produce and the protein choices are high quality, and fresh.Service: possibly the best part! Each time I come here I am greeted right away, and you can tell that they appreciate their customers. The owner is a great guy, and you can tell his staff loves working for him, a rarity in food service these days.The bottom line is, choosing to eat here is never a bad idea. I will continue to come back, and recommend to everybody I know.
Came for the $1 oyster specials and had a nice happy hour. Several ppl served and helped while I sat at the bar. The oysters were delightful and I ended up getting a poke bowl to go which was delicious. I may become a regular on Fridays!
My pink salmon tartar was raw and I was not pleased with that....the drinks was served prompt and well
Terrible!!! 2 out of the 6 or 7 workers in the place had a mask on. The rest were too selfish to care. I took a pic as well which i have sent over to the Erie County Department of Health. In addition, the food was overpriced and mediocre at best.
