This pizza is the best pizza you will get anywhere in Buffalo!
Awesome food here. Subs and pizza are very fresh. Rochester needs a Franco’s.
I be am from out of town, working in Buffalo for 3 weeks.It’s tough to choose a hotel delivery.However, despite the high delivery charge, a 4.75 tip on top, I hoped a $30.00 pizza would be everything I could hope for.I would pay 30 bucks any day of the week for this pizza.Pizza arrived in no time, to the room, hot, well baked and delicious.Greatest pizza ever!!
Food is consistently good. Service is consistently good too. We love to order on line and pick up.
Food is good as usual but be careful with the Blvd location. My office orders from them a lot at this location and our orders are always wrong! Delivery guy gets here is always very nice and on time but we often find we have been brought the wrong order! It has happened a total of 3 times in the last two weeks which has made taking lunch break difficult for our employees being that by the time their food order is corrected and brought back, the 30 min lunch break period is over with. Make sure u receive the right food. Taste and food is amazing employees attitudes are great no problem there it's just it would just be nice to receive our orders and not someone else's.
The crust was almost too done on the bottom and the upper dough was gummy, I ordered a heart shaped medium and the cheese was just barely melted, the edges were burnt and the toppings were not what I would expect from a pizzeria. It was very pricey at almost $40 dollars with delivery. I would have done better with a digiorno pizza and adding my own cheese!!! I hope this was just a bad day for them but I don’t think I’ll be giving them a second chance to do a sub-par job.
Ordered online. Get a text saying my food is on its way, I live about a block away from the pizza shop (I was watching my infant daughter and couldn't leave the house). My food didn't arrive for 45 minutes after I had received the text saying it left the restaurant. The food was cold, fries were gross and thrown out. I called the restaurant and inquired what was taking so long and they didn't have any explanation. No offer was made by the staff to remedy the situation.Lost a customer, Franco's. Definitely your loss, not mine. But thanks for finally showing up with the cold food, at least I got to eat that night.
We ordered the pizza and boneless wing special, it was delicious and no wait when we got there to pick it up, will definitely be ordering again!!!
Usually the food is fine but when I dipped my boneless wing I noticed a blonde hair wrapped around it. I have not yet contacted Franco’s to resolve this matter, I will update after
