Nice size subs lots of meat on the sub. They are one of the better subs that I have had in awhile. Workers were friendly.
My experience today was beyond horrible. You can read the details on Yelp, but I came to Google to see if others had similar experiences. Indeed, they have. The owner is rude, berating, and unfit to have customer interactions. He got so worked up, I was worried he might jump the counter and physically assault me. Firehouse “Guest Services” Anna/Desirae, when will appropriate action actually be taken and remove this franchise owner? “Passing feedback on to the owner” does absolutely nothing when it is the owner behaving inappropriately. Where is corporate quality control and franchise accountability? I’ll be speaking to corporate tomorrow morning, but Firehouse is seriously risking its reputation with this owner. It was truly terrifying today.
Door dash took our food which is not the restaurants fault but in the rush to remake our food they failed to double check modifications and made my sandwich wrong and forgot to add extra meat that I paid for.
Great subs with fair pricing! And a portion of the money goes towards equipment for rescue workers!
Owner very nasty to me today. Sale Sign said 3 brownies for three dollar’s they were charging me. 1.35$. The cashier came around and saw the sign and told him what it said. I was right. He said the sign needs to be changed I said you better before I could finish my thoughts he got nasty. I apologized to him nasty man continued

My family and I went to firehouse subs for the first time Friday night. We were all very pleased with the food. We are sad though because we live in the tonawanda kenmore area and don't have one closer to us. It would be great if you opened one in this area.
My Italian sub was the best i had in a long time very fresh
